No individuals can deny the benefits of physical exercise. A certain proportion of population contend that young people benefit more form physical exercise than elders. However, I strongly contend that elders can take more advantage of physical exercise than youth. The reasons are twofold. For one thing, the old need more exercise than the young. For anther thing, appropriate exercise can help the old keep away from disease.
The first reason that I would like to illustrate is that the young quite energetic anyway. They have enough social activities. This may be playing basketball,
having a party or something relative to their lives. Furthermore, the young have a better physical condition than the old. For general youth, searching for extra-exercise seems needless. While things would be completely different to the old. Immune systems of the old are vulnerable. They may affected by flu and other prevalent disease. Without physical exercise, the situation of the old may come worse. Therefore, the old need more exercise than the young.
The other reason that I would like to explain is that physical exercise is profitable for the old to have a well-functioning immune system and at a low risk of illness. It is because that aerobic exercise help people to lighten up, as a result, it can help the old maintain abundant oxygen. Plenty of oxygen and flow of blood are crucial for the old to achieve the healthy of mental and physical. It is clear that they who do physical exercise frequently will live a fulfilling and healthy life. By contrast, those guy who ignore the
importance of physical exercise will diminish and weaken much more than peers. So, I strongly argue that the old need more exercise than the young.
In summery, I concede that youth do not require too more attention to physical exercise. What is more, it is crucial for the old to have proper exercise and a good diet, to maintain their entire health and quality of life. In brief, I am entire agree with the viewpoint that physical exercise is much more import for the old than the young.
