PP2的是否要培养leadership的题目
Leadership in a specific field is the bellwether that lead us to high-efficiency and to produce out high-quality work. In which way the leader performs, the outgrowth will varies in difference. Cooperation or competition, the long-standing view that can be discussed in which way should the leader cultivated, makes difference in the final outcoming of our group. I prefer the former way, say, cooperation makes perfect. I will discuss with the extent and confirm my idea with properly drawn supporting evidence and logical deduction.
Cooperation makes perfect, obviously, untold examples surrounding us confirm it. Why? One person's view, is most likely to be narrow and subjective, he only discuss a problem in his stereotypical way, besides, considering our human nature, it is quite common that we specifically ignore the idea that conflicts our own thoughts. We, indeed, tend to undermine them. In this situation I mentioned above, as a leader however, one should not settle down a problem that just based on his own opinion-- even if he would be willing to be "objective", there will be some flaws in his so-called "objective" thoughts, because he must on behalf of one side and try his best to comprehend the other side. This is sure to be inadequate to address a problem disinterestedly as a leader. But, surely, we need a leader that has a clear sense on the problem we ever faced, this need cooperation-- the leader discuss this problem with others, there is sure to be another voice, if he knows how to cooperate, he just assimilates another point of view, and reconciles different opinion toward one problem. He get together with others, solve problems together, and under this situation, it is hard to turn this leader to be a dictator-- while this is the awful situation that we should avoid.
Admittedly, the leader should compete with others in order to promote this group he lead. But to cultivate a leader in the way of teaching them how to cooperate does not means there exists a lack of competition in him. When he is told to cooperate with others, he will find in what way others performs better than him. Based on human nature, it is apparently that this leader will be willing to find out the key that how to performs better than others. This is surely to be competition education, but on the basis of cooperation.
In fact, usually, today we cannot achieve high goals just based on one leader performs as someone likes "dictator". For example, considering the competition named “defcon”, one of the competition used to evaluate a computer hacker's performance on network invade or defence. The rule of this competition is to run a given service station, and defend against other hacker's network attacking. Apparently, all of the participants are the top elites in their own field, but one could not run a service station just based on his own work-- the tremendous work cannot be achieved by every single one's effort-- they need a group, they need cooperation, only in this way can they win the flag-- finally the champion.
Cooperation makes perfact. One leader should be told to know how to communicate with others, to know the different ideas, and to apply an objective strategy to compete with others. Competition is not "teached", it forms naturally, based on cooperation education one leader received.
这是考前半个月写的作文,只改正了拼写错误(有10余处之多)
考前半个月主要把速度降下来,拼写正确率提升,尽量注意语法错误并且尽量充实例子
所以这基本上是我作文的真实水平
