To be honest, your voice is very fluent. However,in task 1, some prononciations should be focused on, such as"really""we""supposing we go to""fresh"(not flash)"last""less"(not lass). Your example is good. But there are some details I cannot hear clearly, such as the next sentence of "if we go to work by bus". In the task 2,  you give three reasons, one is that it relaxes your brain, second is that you can make a conclusion, the last is that enrich social experience. Usually, I would like to focus on one or two points for more details, because the time is limited. What I mean is that example may be more useful for others' experiences.
Anyway, I really appreciate the fluence and the feeling in your recording, but you have to fix your recording equipment, because I can nearly feel your breath.;P

声音太小了，我把电脑音量什么的都加到最大，也就能听清楚一点点。
发音什么的我就不说了，因为我也不太好，语速什么的都挺好的
对着你的文本看的，貌似语法问题也没有什么。

看到你的，我才发现我的说错了，我的task2说成了2.23号的。
我觉得你TASK 2 内容 细节太少了，没有例子什么的支撑。语速挺好的，但是也听不太清楚，具体单词发音我就不能太确定对不对了

0130抱歉，来迟了，前几天卧床不起，实在没办法评，之前有个童鞋推荐我个软件还不错，可以把时间直接卡在45S，蛮方便的叫mp3 sound recorder，可以保存后看别人评价时对着听
task1：我是先听的task2再听的task1，task1从more effectively后的几句都没怎么听懂，没听错的话后面有个problem，也不知道是不是，感觉楼主/b/没发出来，楼主发音倒是很快，但是每个单词尽量发出来，我都不好意思说你，我的发音一直不标准。。。。。

task2：总觉得majoring 没读清楚，再就是encourage/r/没发出来感觉，例子不错，不过时间超过一分钟有点长了

task 1：第一句第一个单词没听出来是什么。。第一句最后is a good后面 thing没了。。然后finish that应该是finish those。。

第二个task里，reflect前面接个从句，后面接个从句，这个是谓语动词，所以用了reflects。另外students没法清是指吞音了还是？

task 2：students的tu和den两个音节感觉变成一个音节了。。喔那个从句前是whether啊。。我听成别的的。。那这里reflects是对的，但是最好读的时候最好能跟后面连起来。。。

你的音调还不错，发音尽量能清晰些~

1. 需要一开始的时候就把支持或是不支持说出来，然后分别把优缺点说一次，我觉得是这一题最好的回答方式，LZ最后面说明缺点的部份有点太短了，也许是前面说的时间暂态太多了，所以以至于后面的时间被减少了。

2. LZ后面举例的时候说的不是很流畅，也许多练习几遍就好了，例子还不错。

觉得LZ有基本的程度，加油！

一、不错，我觉得内容很不错，可惜说的有时候太慢，会让人感觉不流畅，文法都没有重大的错误。
二、例子不错，不过感觉有些叙述不是很道地的英文用法，不知道LZ有没有感觉？另外，太多good之类的词，我建议可以用更具体的叙述来取代。

Task 1
语言上没什么问题，解释courage重要的原因也ok，这题缺点在内容不够具体。用some student, 不如用I, my friend来的具体。还用你的例子，把它套到具体的故事或具体的人上面就能让你的答案显得生动很多：
When I was in senior high school,  our math teacher often gave out questions and looked for answers from students. I was a little bit shy back then...didn't have the courage to stand up and answer the question even when I got the correct solution. My friend XX, on the other hand, was quite courageous. He often called out answers and was not afriad of making mistakes. He was constantly praised by our teacher for this active learning attitude, and though he didn't do as well  in exams, he always got better grades than I did....
编这么个例子不难吧？把事例具体到“我”身上，不仅能把答题时间填的满满的，还显得足够生动有细节。也解决了找不到素材的问题~

Task 2
peers would (删去like to) understand us... 这句是重要的观点句，最好能解释得更详细一些： Because our peers are in similar age and share similar experience with us, they would understand us better and can give effective solutions.
例子举得不错。结尾有点唐突了，最好能再总结一句，that's why I prefer my peers to talk to when I am in trouble

the word "older" in the sentence "who is one year older than me" speaks so strangely. This should be level tone.
"advice“ should be [ədˈvaɪs] not [ədˈwaɪs]
"help" is [help] not [heɔlp]
In the speaking, I think "how to appologize to Jack and how to keep on play with Jack." can be replaced by "why I should appologize to him and how to appologize". I think this place could be more logical.
task2:
pronounciation of "that" is not clear. Although it should be short, it should be clearer.
"stop what i was doing" is better.
As for tense, I think if you tell a story, it should be in past. But if you tell a fact or things that happens frequently, it should be present tense.
I think your second example is good and your first example should be perfect a little. The problems of your accent are not obvious, but also has a few.
