前几天看到版上有个帖子说这个项目读博不错。。但是我咋总觉得不适合读博呢，都不能选phd的课。。不过留本校应该还是机会稍微大一些

I think it worth take some more time in looking into the program website first......it is quite difficult to make / ask for decision before knowing about it.

at least when i read it the website, it is not (这个项目要thesis, 听说BU各项目都选课自由)

Thanks, I have read all the information on the website. The extra information is from a friend of mine. She is in BU and might know something beyond the website description. I just want to collect more information before making the decision.

just simply from the website (and i already saw some contradiction with those info):
1. all three progrma have the same (4 econ code). the MA econ will hae 4 free elective, while the other two have (4 other core) + (4 other restricted elective), 明顯不是任選, 清單都有了. (well, not sure 可不可以另外再選, but $$$, they charge if >18, i.e. 4.5 course)
2. 我怎麼怎看也看不到有thesis這requirement...
3. 小班嗎? what i see is, for the 4 econ core, all three program share the same course code. 當然 (4 other core) which is speclized on (policy / global) 可能是小班, 但好像不關你事 as you are not interest in it.

没，哈哈，我最后随便报了一个MA。你可以问问你出国的学长学姐呀~我问了一个学姐，她final，没时间告我……BU一般情况下是可以作为保底的，但是最近有好多背景很好的人都申这个，所以可以慎重一点选一个招的人较多的项目，比如MA和MAEP，这两个项目大概招100多人进去可以互转~一个学校里，我觉得不管去哪个项目，选好自己的学习方向就行，具体修行靠个人啦，毕竟教学资源还是可以共享的，所以不用太纠结项目了~加油！
