－Growth Hacker 是網路時代新進化的職業，透過數據分析、網路行銷、前後端技術、資料分析等混種能力，使會員數、流量或是營收快速成長。

工作簡介：
－構思及實行不同的 Growth Hacking 計劃，達到目標增長量
－研究及分析 Growth hacking 計劃的成效，並針對成效高的方案進行發展

要求：
-執着於「增長」, 目標為本
-對了解及分析用戶行為感興趣
-對統計學有基本認識
-掌握 HTML/CSS/JS 技術，
-願意學習未知的範疇

工作時間:
-彈性安排  (星期一至星期五, 11:00-19:00 任何時間)

＊Job Description of Growth hacker & IT assistant:

What is Growth Hacking?
Growth hacking is a marketing technique developed by technology startups which use creativity, analytical thinking, and social metrics to sell products and gain exposure

Job Description:
- initiate growth hacking campaigns and achieve the targeted growth
- prepare and analyze statistical results on customer's behaviour and efficiency of Growth Hacking campaign

What are the requirements?
-obsessive with growth, highly result-oriented
-Innate interest in learning about customers behavior through both numbers and qualitative data
-Basic understanding of statistics
-Enough HTML/CSS/JS skills to be able to set up Optimizely tests.
-Willing to learn what you don’t already know

Working hours:
-flexible hours (anytime between Monday to Friday, 11:00-19:00)
