Responsibilities:

•        Provide all-round secretarial and executive support to the General Manager.
•        Assist the General Manager in organizing and implementing business projects as well as monitoring their progress.
•        Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents as required.
•        Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, preparation of documents, filing and record keeping.
•        Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently.
•        Organize, coordinate and participate in events and meetings.
•        Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned.



Requirements:

•        Degree holder with at least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in serving Senior Management, but fresh graduates are also welcome
•        Mature, honest, flexible, fast-paced and able to work independently
•        Good interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels.
•        Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
•        Native Mandarin speaking is a must, good command of spoken English and Cantonese are bonus
•        Proficiency in MS. PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
•        Able to use Pinyin
