项目拓展主任 / Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:
        Explore, evaluate and manage new business opportunities and development
        Analyze market research and prepare survey reports for the new development projects
        Prepare meeting minutes, memos and comprehensive reports to the managers and the team
        Liaise with different internal business units and external service providers
        Monitor and follow-up the progress of different projects
        Keep abreast of the economic situation, market trend and latest policy changes in the industry
        Assist in ad hoc corporate projects as assigned

Requirements:
        University graduate, preferably in related fields
        Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese also required
        Proficient in Microsoft Office
        Attention to detail with good knowledge of project documentation
        Able to work under pressure & independently
        Good communication and problem solving skills
        IANG is preferred *

職位要求：

        細心、注意細節及良好的項目管理知識
        獨立處事及能在壓力下工作
        能與各個部門互相合作及溝通，有良好的團隊精神
        良好的溝通和解決問題的能力
        在港內地畢業生優先考慮 *
