People should not be misled by the advertising competition between Coldex and Cold-Away, both popular over-the-counter cold medications that anyone can purchase without a doctor's prescription. Each brand is accusing the other of causing some well-known, unwanted side effect: Coldex is known to contribute to existing high blood pressure and Cold-Away is known to cause drowsiness. But the choice should be clear for most health-conscious people: Cold-Away has been on the market for much longer and is used by more hospitals than is Coldex. Clearly, Cold-Away is more effective.
这个accusing是说他们互相指出对方的side-effects吗，可不可以怀疑它的真实性呢？

我这还有 A 137，我才找到两点：

（1）the region's residents钟情 water sports ——作为娱乐活动
即使 MR 干净， 并意味着 人们 会选择MR 作为water sports 娱乐场所， 也许当地有许多更好的地方。   所以quality --avoid   的assumption不成立
（2）the survey 令人怀疑 或许只有少数人 参与，那么结果不代表 大众 的想法
即， water sports 不是当地人的 爱好。 那 增加 预算 就没有意义了

第三个，不知道怎么攻击。

我觉得没有必要攻击这一点。各自的副作用已经是well-known了。可以在其他地方多着手。

2。兴许更愿意在人工公园而不是天然河。并且已经有了足够的公园。不会来河里玩儿
3。即使愿意，mason河不一定适合。水流湍急。。。
4。即使mason河适合，污染治理不一定是按照人能游泳的标准，或人们对水质不满意。
5。即使愿意又满意，也不一定动用公共财政。兴许很多私人公司在准备投资。

我对59题的想法：
1。fallacy of concurrence. 这些年份出现流感可能是巧合。
a，其他黑子活动年是否伴随流感？
b，这些年份可能因为其他事情造成了流感。一些历史事件。。。
2。就算是黑子活动引起的，也不一定就是晒太阳的缘故。黑子活动会造成其他影响，比如？？？ 可能是这些而不是能量的问题。
3。就算晒太阳也是原因之一，可能必须和黑子活动的其他方面同时发成才会导致流感。而平时单晒太阳没事儿，甚至有助于预防。

73里面究竟汽车的使用寿命只有六年有什么作用？
我得理解是，作者是想说，因为车的寿命是六年，而第六年的时候租车人数还是增加了，那就证明那些人车子报废了但是没有买新的，而是全部租车了，从来带来今年租车人数的增加。
不过我不知道怎么理出一个头绪来反驳，也不知道作者这是犯了一个什么错误。

105还是不明白中间那一大段关于什么病毒的是有什么作用。

142依然很糊涂。越看心越凉啊，马上要考了，还有这么多不会的。

而且经常不会的继续不会，好象总是没有一个正确答案。

73：不是车的寿命只有六年，而是现在街上的车平均寿命是6年。我的想法是有可能6年前有购车潮，之后一直是买车的小年，所以租车的得志。现在6年了，马上有一大批爱车族要换新车了，兴许卖车的大年又要来了，也不调查一下这个趋势就转行不是要错过机会么。

105。不要那一段，也足以证明arguer的谬误，有这一段，更可以从另一方面来驳斥了：
免疫力强的人暴露在病菌下不会感冒，而免疫力弱的，即使得了感冒只会暂时对这种感冒免疫而不是永久免疫，而且对其他感冒类型照感不误，这就说明不可能通过先把感冒都得一遍来增加免疫力。既如此，作者鼓动大家（其中好多是免疫力弱的）多社交，除了让大家多得感冒还能干什么？
