还是要看看TWE的范文.两个考查的不是一个内容.当然相信你有AW的功底,语言复杂性和逻辑性应该不成问题.不过也要为T调整一下.TWE不那么喜欢长句子.

我今天试了跟读的方法,确实很要时间!而且原文的读音好快阿!好难跟上:(

MM,跟读的方法很好.不尽在听力上有提高,口语方面也有很大帮助.
这是我的亲身体会,而且建议不仅要跟读,还可以自己找范文来读.

我阅读老是错五个，郁闷死了。打算全分类，打印出来，认认真真再来研究一遍，希望会有用。不知谁 能介绍一下从5->0的突破。
现在听听力老是听着听着会进入睡眠状态，所有题都听过了，但也因为这样听时不够集中注意力，一句一字地听进去，还会选错，就算是全听懂他们说的是什么意思，选时还是会错。不知如何突破了？
希望有经验之士指点一下

对英文不敏感,建议还是多听,不光限于T听力原文,其他英文材料比如电视电影之类的.
另外,怎么能听的时候进入睡眠状态啊??? 什么时候都认为自己在考场上就好了,保持一个清醒和敏感的思维.

谈一谈组织和集体对个人的重要性
Organization, in any form, be it a family, a community or a country, plays a significant role in an individual’s growth and development. It provides the basic material for one to survive, supports and helps anyone to fulfill their goals, and possess a cohesive power forcing its member to create miracle. Details of reasons concerning an organization’s crucial role are as following.

The major fascination of an organization lies in the fundament living substance which it offers to any individuals. Society as an organization has been divided into various sections specifying in diverse work. concerning any people’s daily life. Materially, we obtain food from factory; acquire clothes from cotton spinners, apartments from house builders. Mentally, artist create vision world of beauty to us. Musicians help release our stress and pressure from work.. Excellent authors solace our suffered heart. All of these effects can never be achieved by a single individual.

Another aspect contributing to an organization’s vital position is that an organization acts as a support system, which individual can rely upon in times of need. For instance, when Li Zhekai was seeking to run his own business, he turned to his family, friends, community banks for financing. At that situation, without the help from an organization, Li Zhekai could hardly accomplish his ideal to set up such a popular website as Tom.com. What’s more, whenever individuals are frustrated by hardship, encouragement and solace from their family and community can quickly recover from dismal, and then continue to struggle for their dream despite of difficulty. Adversely, an individual lacking of the assistance from an organization may perhaps unfortunately end up with a miserable life of self-abandon.

Generally speaking, organization is not only essential to an individual’s existence, but also kernel to individual’s success in career. Without organization, pleasure and happiness are faint for nobody can share it, hardship and trouble become more severe to conquer for nobody will offer a help. In a word, life is incomplete if being devoid of feeling of belonging to a special unity.

问几个题：0005的听力

0005-0110白皮书上的，答案是C，可这道题和下面的一道题CD都一样？？

M:   relaly? then maybe i need to change my jobsearch techniques.
