The arguer advises that all patients who are diagnosed with muscle strain would be well advised to take antibiotics as part of their treatment. This recommendation depends on the preliminary results of a study of two groups of patients. But the argument is well presented but not well supported. I would point out several crucial mistakes the arguer makes to support my view.

The argument relies on what might be a false analogy between the two groups of patients. If the arguer wants to compare the two groups, he must assure that all relevant circumstances are essentially the same.
But this is not the case. For one thing, the two doctors who treat the patients specialize separately in sports medicine and general medicine obviously does not mean just the same to the treatment. For another thing, the patients themselves may not be the same, which can bring additional differences to the result. So the study does not make so much sense as the arguer believes.

Additionally, the arguer argues that all patients who are diagnosed with muscle strain should take antibiotics which depends on the assumption that the antibiotics itself can shorten the recuperation time of the patients. Absent of the evidence that this is the case, it is possible that other patients who are diagnosed with different kinds of muscle strain from the
patients in the study may not recover faster with the antibiotics, even worse.

Even if the antibiotics is effective for the muscle strained patients, the conclusion
the arguer gives relies on an additional assumption that no means other than this for the treatment are available, but no evidence is offered to substantiate this assumption. It is possible that better condition of the treatment and better doctors and even another medicine can contribute more to the recovery of the patients. Moreover, we must take the price of the antibiotics, like the cost and the side effects of the antibiotics, into account. Without considering the poor aspects of the antibiotics and ruling out other alternative means which may be more effective and easy to achieve, the arguer cannot confidently give the conclusion above.
