这篇Issue写的我差点吐血，憋了好久好久。。。
首先第一段表示强烈顶，然后简单说了理由。
第二段举了二战德军空袭考文垂，英军唱苦肉计的例子，感觉这个例子还不错，可惜让我写的太过冗长，磨磨唧唧。
第三段采用说理方法，从反面指出支持政治领导者虽然不必什么事情都向公众公布，但是一定要保障公众的知情权，保障社会的民主制度，不能搞愚民政策。
第四段同样采用说理方法，指出明智的政府应当合理的控制所发布的信息，避免一些负面信息引起的混乱，避免个别别有用心的个人利用这些消息兴风作浪。
第五段总结一下，但是写不出什么话来，还望大家帮我稍微完整一下尾段。

I strongly agree with the point of view that it is necessary to withhold some information from the public for political leaders.
Some people may argue that it is not democratic to keep the public unwitting of some important information, and we all know that democracy is the fundamental principle to rule a country. But I have to say that democracy dose not equal to inform the public all the information, especially those which are concerned with politics strategies, military affairs, and other secrets.

An example proves my point of view clearly. It was during the most important period in the World War 2,
the Nazis developed a highly secret code system, and they trusted the system so strongly that they armed all the armies with the new system to deliver all the secret orders. The England tried every effort and finally break the code. The Nazis were still unaware of the fact that their code had been broken, while the England had been clear enough to all the actions the Nazis take. One day, the England got a piece of information that the Nazis were going to attack one of the most important industry cities in England------Coventry. But if the government informed city that there would come a air attack, the people and the property might be saved, the Nazis would know that their code had been broken, and they would certainly change the code, in this way, the England might lose all the advantage they gained so hard. A city or the war, Churchill finally chose the war. They kept the secret and witnessed that the city was bombed into wasteland and thousands of citizens was killed in the air attack. The sacrifices were not in vain, the England finally won the war and the broken code contributes a lot. This time, the political leader chooses to withhold the secret and they finally won the war. If they had informed the city, they would lose all the information about the Nazis' action, and might lose the war. The example show the fact that not all the information should be known by the public. Sometimes the secret may even save a whole nation.

Of course, to withhold information from the public does not equal to control the media and practice obscurant strategy. The people have the rights to know what is happening in their country, and enjoy the rights to participate in politic decision. The government must show respect to its people, but there is a bottom line, that is the benefit of the country can't be harmed.

A responsible government should never lead to unsteady situation in its nation. Sometimes a slightly negative information may cause a much bigger chaos, because the people have a different level of education, some of them can't make a proper reaction to the information, and there may be even some people who have ulterior motives and take advantages of the information to establish their own benefits. To avoid all the possible troubles and remain a harmony society, the politic leaders must make clever decisions to withhold some insignificant information which may bring about some unnecessary negative results.

To rule a country is a complicated thing, there are lots of skills and methods, if the leaders just keep in mind to inform all the things to their citizens stubbornly, they will soon lose the control of the whole nation.
