Sports teaches us lessons about life.
I definitely agree with the statement that sports teaches us lessons about life. As an athlete for almost 3 years , sports have
taught me a lot. Such as
how to value life , how to cooperate with each other , and so on and so forth.
Apart from energy ,sports ,such as long-distance running and ball game takes courage, confidence, patience, and so on .Therefore, by doing sports, not only physically but also mentally I have trained. I am the spiker of our school volleyball team, so I have to cooperate with the whole team in order to win the game. In sports, especially when we are in the game, I never quit till the last minute. This is what sports teaches me ,to be a strong-minded person.

Another thing I want to say is that ,sport help me show myself. as you know, outdoor sports require a lot of things ,such as the fair-paly,the spirit of sports, public relationships and so on. As the captain of our team, I learned
how to make our team as one, we outlet our pressure by running or talking with each other. We also learn how to respect our playmates even if we are just paly for fun only.

The last but not the least thing I want to clear concerning is that life is sports. In sports we set our goals and make every effort to achieve them just as we usually do in our life. Even though we know there are a lot of difficulties in front of us ,the sprit of sports tell you never give up untill you finally win victory.

In conclusion,sports help shape our characaters, sports make me a competitive person in the complex society.And ,the most importantly, sports let me know what is life.

Sports have existed in the past ages and have played an important role in the history of mankind. Whenever a nation, regardless of its resources and extension, realized the importance of sports and put that realization into practice.

Sports,  such as long-distance running and ball games takes courage,  patience, confidence.  Life is challenging, therefore, by playing sports, not only physically,  but also     
mentally people have trained.  As far as I am concerned, sports teaches us lesson about life.

Some people may argue that students take a a lot of time playing sports, so they will have less time concentrate on their study.  However, we  can change a way of thinking.
In exercising,  students get animated, theire blood is purified and his mind become more apt . The health which he aquires will help him to work harder and he become more successful.  A weak person seldom can endure the hardship of school life,the trouble of memorizing and persevering his daily lessons.

Sports teaches me how to be a strong-minded person. Seldom  can a person be succeed without hardworking. Actually, without one hundred percent of effort, you can hardly achieve your goal, and finally live a better life.  Besides, college students, who interested in sports, are more or less healthier than those do not play sports.

Another thing sports teaches me is how to get along well with the people around me .  As you know , outdoor sports require a lot of things.  Such as fairly-play, public relationships, and so on. By playing sports, you learn how to respect your playmates . Also, you can make friends from different class or school, which will extend your personal relationship.

In conclusion, sports  have had an important and estimable function in life and make us healthy so that we ca  endure the hardship in our job . What is more, sports  make think about life .
