Do you agree or disagree with the following statement:
People should be allowed to use cell phones on public transportation such as buses and trains.

In recent years, there is a heated discussion on whether or not people should be allowed to use cell phones on public transportation such as buses and trains. Some agree with this statement, arguing that people should concern about their personal behaviors and should not disturb others. Nevertheless, I oppose it, reasons are as following.

First of all, it is too strict to constrain people use mobile phones on public transportation, because there are numerous situations people have to utilize such portable devices. For example, businessmen are always on the go, they have no choice but migrate from city to city. And their time is so precious that even when they take a bus or on a train, they have to receive calls, send messages and check emails. Sometimes, ordinary people demand necessary contact on the public transportation, such as reporting how long the train will arrive or delay, or emergencies happened a minute ago. Without considering all possible situations of using mobile phones, this regulation seems too extreme to convince.

Furthermore, although there are some worries about disturbing other passengers, evoking the cell phones cannot guarantee the harmonious environments on the public transportation, since people prefer to gossip, chat loudly, and play jokes at that time. On the contrary, there is
possibility that individuals refuse to utilize public transportation and drive their own cars or take taxis. Let's imagine, what can we do to kill time during a silent, boring and hours-long tour? Cell phones are not only the tools we connecting with friends and relatives, but also a significant way to provide entertainment. Therefore, if people are not allowed to use their cell phones on public transportation, I bet public transportation will lose majority of their passengers consider the restrict limits and potential discontent about the service nowadays.

To sum up, from my perspective, it is not a smart idea for recalling the cell phones on transportation. Even though there are some minor disadvantages of using cell phones on public transportation. However they can be easily overcome by more care and politeness about individuals themselves' behaviors. Otherwise, this perfunctory decision inclind to cause more serious problems.

这次的逻辑有点诡异，有些连词没有用好。
