第一篇issue 求狠p

纠结了很久，绝望了很久，终于动手写下了第一篇issue  稀烂
虽然说写成第一篇文章还是有的小成就感的，至少也是一种进步吧，但感觉还是很暗淡

求各位大虾来指教啊！！！！！！！！！

Position: There indeed exist some serious problems with our education system that hinder the construction of a better society in the future.

The speaker asserts that the future construction of our society is being hindered due to the serious problems that are rooted in our education system. I'm inclined to support the idea that the current education system doesn't function very well in cultivating the students into qualified constructors of our society in the future, which can be substantiated by the follows discussion.

There is no denying that how we educate the children today determines the orientation of the society. Students in school today are those who constitute the main workforce in the future. In other word, they are the ones who will shape our world. What kind of person they will grow up to be and how educated and creative they will be would definitely determine the future of our society.

Unfortunately, several crucial problems existing today are preventing the process of cultivating the students into qualified constructers of our society.
In the first place, the admission system in our country can't guarantee that every student has equal availability to the limited educational resources. The admission score line to the same college varies in different provinces, resulting in the fact that even the average students in developed regions have great advantage over those students who are excellent and hardworking but from a less developed province when applying for the same university. This phenomenon is not only unfair, but it also makes those who are more talented and more likely to achieve career success in the future unable to receive better education he or she deserves. These potential scientists, engineers, artists or politicians may therefore never get to where he or she is supposed to be.
In the second place, overemphasizing the importance of pure memorizing and neglecting to instruct the students to think in a critical and creative way in schools today can lead to a society without the sense of innovation and creation. It would be unimaginable what the world would be when everyone just walked within the routine and never tried anything new. A world piled with uncreative people growing up in this kind of education system would lose the motivation to advance.
Last but not least, in the current education system we fail to teach students some of the basic survival skills--communication, cooperation skills--in this rapid changing society in which many feel stressed and isolated. A person who can't deal with interpersonal relationship and don't know how to cooperate with colleagues is not likely to feel happy and energetic, letting alone achieve great success. A recent survey reveals that a large proportion of employee suffer from psychological problems, which caused great decrease in both their efficiency at work and their feelings of well-being after work. We can't expect someone who is not mentally healthy to be capable of being the constructor of our world.

These problems are probably much more severe than you have ever imagined. The serious situation calls for a revolution in education system. The fundamental function of education at any level is to develop the personality of individuals as well as to train them to be qualified constructors of the society. What we have to take immediate action to change now is to start to solve these problems mentioned above. Only when our education system function in a reasonable and effective way, can we expect the students of today to be qualified constructors of the society we have imagined in our mind.

让自己的作文被改主要有以下几种途径：

1、参与/组建互助小组；

2、主动出击，到别人的习作中改别人的文章，然后留下连接请求回拍，绝大部分情况下版友都会很负责的回拍的；

3、版主会开习作修改铺，满足要求之后版主就会修改你的习作；

4、同主题写作时会规定参与的版友按照一定的回贴顺序进行互改；

5、参加零散版友作文互改

6、坐等别人来拍，由于习作量很大，这种概率很小，所以效率也很低，建议不要采用。

只是鄙人水平有限，这还是第一次写issue，自己觉得好像还没有资本去改别人的作文，呵呵
anyway，我会试一下上面的方法的

如果斑竹能帮我稍微指点一下这篇习作的问题，那就更好了，呵呵
