我本不应该来的，因为我拿到一个另外学校的全奖，打算改学校签了，我也知道现在改学校不好，可是顾不了那么多了。各位谁有经验的或听说过中途改学校的过得和没过的，也告诉我一声，谢谢大家了。
看到大家那么团结，真的很高兴，觉得自己也要为大家出力。说说我上次签证的感觉吧。
首先，觉得资金很重要，我上次提供了6万美金的证明，COVER了2年多，另外父亲拥有2间公司，可是还是因为资金不够被据，个人以为是没有表现出足够的自信，也没有解释钱存的时间短（2月份，父亲从公司调出的资金，存入定期的）
其次，归国计划，我说回来接受父亲的公司，VO不相信，问我有没有工作经验，我说有大公司的INTERN，她也不信，不信我可以接手公司。后来人用这个理由时要注意了，没工作经验，最好想好了足够的理由啊！

[签证过程]大概是11点多的时候,btboy叫好我的号就走开了,过了2-3分钟左右才回来,以下是签证的谈话,大概5分多钟.

then Vo looks at my DS-156 and I-20. then he focused on the Sponor"***" of I-20 and said

Vo: Who is this person ?(At first, I didn't listen clearly about that, and said "pardon", and he repeated a little louder)
Me: He is a local entrepeneur who is wiling to sponsor me financially.
Vo: Er, who?
Me: A local entrepeneur who is wiling to sponsor me financially
Vo: How did he know you?
Me: He knew about my event through TV. My events was reported in many TV stations and Newspapers in Shanghai
Vo: I can't believe it, it is not a small number.
Me: But it is true, it is unusual, so, many TV stations and Newspaper are interested in that and reported that. would you     like to see one of the newspapers and TV records.  

I show him the newspaper "Youth", in which my events were covered[http://news.tongji.net/show.php?newarticleid=1201], out of the window. and I also showed him the TV records. but the records can't be played and he has no interests.

Vo: (Feel strange) En,,,

I hand the newspaper into the window, but he just have a look at the headline, it seems that he is lack of interest. and then
handed the newspaper back to me.

Vo : Why he support you.
Me : Actually speaking, I don't know why. but He just think it is a very precious opportunity for me, and he felt it is pity       for me to lose this precious chance to study . He is a very very kind man. and he wants to help me.
Vo: Does he have son or daugter?
Me: Yes,he has a daugther.  

After the financial sesssion, he asked about my future plan ?

VO: What's you plan after graduation?
Me: I will definitedly come back to shanghai to find a job at a multinational corporation, such as Lucent Technology, Agilent Technology, General Motors or General Electic, and the systems engineering master's degree at cornell university will put me into a management position in the engineering department, and the slary would be no less than 150,000

then he stopped me, and said

Vo: I just want you to answer what is your future plan?
Me: I know, I will definitedly come back to shanghai to find a job at a multinational corporation, such as Lucent Technology, Agilent Technology, General Motors or General Electic, and the systems engineering master's degree at cornell university will put me into a management position in the engineering department,


VO: What will you do if you can get the visa now.
Me: (Kidding to him)I think I will be interviewed by TV stations and newspapers very soon
Vo: Do you understand me? I asked What will you do if you can get the visa now?
Me: Yes, I know. Maybe I will apply again , maybe I will find a job in shanghai.
Vo: I am going not to issue you the visa today, maybe you are right to find a job in shanghai.
Me: Could I explain?

He press the seal on my passport, I was stunned and didn't want to say more...

VO: Do you want to know why I didn't issue you the visa today? I don't believe that you will come back, and blalalalla...(I didn't listen clearly)

Me: Thanks

and I went away still with smile as I came to him.

1 因为我是自费，所以一上来就问资金问题。刚开始不相信我，后来我说很多电视台，报纸报道了这件事，他好像还是不够相信，对着报纸说，不相信。可是我估计可能还是将信将疑，不过最后告诉我的据签理由没有资金问题。

2 接下来的就是归国计划了。我说我毕业了马上回上海工作，在一些跨国公司找到一个工程类的管理职位。这个他估计不相信我，而且他最后的据签理由就是这个，我个人觉得这个计划还算好，不过他没有让我展开，原来要说的好多话都不能说了。估计这也是我失策的原因之一。

3 整个面试，中心就是这资金问题和回国计划。

4 在整个面试中，我始终面带微笑，而且英文应该是说的比较流利。但是他可能觉得我答的太多，没听清他的问题。其实我只是想具体一点。

[再战准备]

我已经预约了7.28的2000了，在这里特别的感谢我的弟弟，是他花了一天的时间才帮我打通电话的。还要感谢我的gf，是她一如既往的关心使我从1000被拒的沮丧中鼓起勇气再战。还要感谢许多关心我的同学和朋友，这一次让大家失望了，还要感谢我的导师，感谢她在我出国过程中的鼓励，帮助与关心。还要感谢我的父母，虽然他们听到这个消息也不高兴，但是他们依然支持我。虽然家里的经济不是特别的宽裕，可以他们依然在经济上不让我有任何困难。听说我要再签，他们马上给我汇钱过来。爸爸妈妈，有你们的支持，我一定会成功的！

不是的，有时候她怀疑你，但是并不说出来，因为如果真的有假，你一定准备了很多说辞，她懒得听，所以她根本就不问，而凭着自己的判断作决定，这就是我们最吃亏的地方，也是最没处说理的地方。 给大家讲一个故事，我一个同学现在米国某大学读书，她一个同学的经历很说明问题，他当时得到了一个台湾某组织给的资助，相当于全奖，签证的时候，签证官问了几句就锯了，后来这位同学请那个组织写了一个sl，并且打电话给vo，签证官没说什么就给过了，结果后来vo说一开始以为是假的，因为以前没听说过这种情况！！这叫什么逻辑！所以，大家还是小心为好。同时祈祷老天保佑吧！

1. 我的美国学校给了我半奖，我还要每年交13，338。我做了25万的存款证明。我的父亲是警察，属于公安局，妈妈是中学教师。我的父母大概每月工资及奖金都是2500元，所以年薪总和大概是6万元。我听说要是父母的年薪总和要有8万元，才能够让签证官相信。那我到底要不要做一下假呢，把我爸爸和妈妈的工资做多一些，比如3000元每月。

2. 还有，作工作证明的时候，是哪里盖章呢？是人事处，财务处，还是校长或局长？

3. 还有留电话，是留哪的电话呀？是爸爸妈妈办公室的电话，还是说那里盖章，就留那里的电话，还是留单位领导的电话？要是大使馆的人打电话来问，一般会问谁呀？问单位领导？还是问爸爸妈妈本人？

4. 对了，还有我的资产证明，做的是25万，够两年的了，但是远远多余i-20表上的我需要提供的第一年的费用，这个会有问题吗？会对签证有影响吗？

1。你的25万财力证明足够了。重要的是你要能够合理解释这25万元的来源。
是不是近期一次性存入的？若是，最好有以前的存单，转帐单之类的能证明这笔钱是你家的存款的东东。

2。父母的工作证明随便那里的章都行，最好有该部门领导的签名。这个是为了说明那25万的来源的。
电话不用留。

3。你要认真准备回国计划，看看是否切实可行，要让VO相信值得你父母花这么多钱资助你去读这个专业。你本人也有强烈的兴趣，而且会有美好的钱途。

工作近4年 ， 学校全奖加TA奖$16000/年，I-20 显示缺资金$2500/年，两年缺$5000 。专业体育及健康管理 ,上海7月10   1000，YYMM 手下被据 。


本人签证准备的关于资金证明的资料是 近期一年工资单 3000元/月 ，北京的存款证明：5万RMB 。自己上海的活期存折：2万RMB 。 资金上的硬伤是 ：存款证明在北京，无银行明细帐。上海的2万RMB也是近期一此性存入，亦无明细帐 。结果YYMM 认为我的钱不是我的，虽然我给她出示了我的工资单证明我一年存一万，也有四五万。但是YYMM不听 ，就认为钱不是我的 ，据。
        我自己的存款因为在北京出差时提包被抢身份证存折等都丢失 (有北京公安局证明，但是存款挂失的相关证明没有保留 )。 我的这三万元后来都寄到北京开资金证明(但是没有留下汇款单) 。 请各位帮我提点中肯的意见和建议吧。面对"来路不明"的钱，我该怎么办？我怎么向签证官说明这些烦琐的关系呢？
