When comes to the problem of unhealthy eating habits that disruptmodern people so much, there are several important bad life behaviors cancontribute to,such as the amazingly increasing pace of life rhythm,exorbitantattention to losing weight,lacking of knowledge of nutrition science.Advertising,however,isone of the most vital reasons for this.And,in my point of view,it is not exact to say that advertising is the only one.
One of the most important cause may be the fast rhythem of mordenlife.Because of the depression of the world's economy during last twoyears,it,now, requires more and more people to participate in the war ofeconomy,which will ensure the people a comfortable living condition.In such aworldwide background,people devote their whole time to work and study,and thatdeprives of their dinner time.It is not unusual that workers in the companyoften go to Mcdonald's nearby and get some hambergurs and fried-chickens astheir resource of breakfast and lunch.Their principle ,"fewer dinner time,morework time",makes them have a lower standard of eating——that is just nonesense of hungry is enough. Those fast food with barely nutritious contents,eventually,will lead workers and students to a fat shape in an abnormal state,alsobring a poor constitution in the mean time.
Another reason for the bad diet style is that increasing people,fromchildren to the elderly,excessively focus on their weight and body shape.Inorder to pursue an ideal figure,most of them refuse to add meat and eggs which containsabundant vitamin and protain into their dinner schedules .Thesepursuers,adversely, only eat fruit and nuts instead of noddles and rice.Infact,several girls even only drink water all day long to make sure a reductionof 3 kilos per day.Such an unreasonable eating model would definitely givebirth to severe diseases,if they never consider about transfering theirmisleading perception.
Besides,advertisingmay also accounts for the dinner habits without nutrition.Development of theadvertising enables people get the food information directly throughtelevisions and radios,but it is unfortunate that for the purpose ofprofits,messages of most advertisements exaggerate the effect of the food.Notonly the pictures can they see from the TV,but also the flysheets impressconsumers that the food is so delicious and nutritious beyond theirimagination.By the curiosity of the masses,they purchase the un healthy foodjust for the brand or the fashion.
In conclusion,from the threeabove reasons explained, it is obvious to say that advertising is not the onlyone most important factor of bad eating habits, pressure from the fast rhythmlife style and unrational pursuit of perfect figure may also attribute to this poorconsequence.Furthermore,it is vital for people to realize that a nutritiousdiet style is urgent for they to follow.And some nutrition knowledge should bestrongly required. |
