以身试法来了

The author of this argument concludes that all patients who suffer from muscle strain would be advised to take antibiotics during their treatment and presents a study of two groups of patients toverify his assertion. I cannot go all the way with his conclusion.

First of all, in the study presented above, each group has its own different doctor. As we all know, two individuals will have their differences unavoidably such as their experience or the way of treatment, which will probably effect the recuperation time in average, especially when the former doctor specializes in sports medicine which may make him better deal with patients with the muscle strain than the latter. The similar case, that different people may have deviations in their rate of recuperation, also exists between the patients from two groups, and the author doesn't provide specific information about the number of patients in
each group to take away this imbalance factor. If all the influencing factors in a study cannot be kept just the same or similar except for the control quantity we want to research, which refers to the antibiotics in this study, the study cannot be recognized as objective and accurate.

Even if the only difference between the groups in study is taking antibiotics or not, I am afraid that we still cannot draw the conclusion that antibiotics will have positive effect on patients with muscle strain in each degree. As the degree of the muscle strain of each patient is not mentioned in the study at all, we cannot make sure that it will be the same case for people who are diagnosed with severe muscle strain. It is quite possible that antibiotics is only useful for slight muscle strain, which engage the majority of the patients involved in the study.

Even if the study objectively reflects the effect of antibiotics that could accelerate the process of recuperation and be useful for patients with muscle strain in all degrees, to advise all patients who are suffering from muscle strain to take antibiotics is dogmatic and irresponsible. The article does not involve the side effect of antibiotics at all. If someone is allergic to antibiotics and takes it after doctor's advice, the consequence will be serious. Another problem about the adoption of antibiotics is the expense. Maybe not all of the patients could afford it and they may prefer another kind of medicine which has a little less effect than antibiotics but much cheaper.

To sum up, to advise all patients with muscle strain to take antibiotics in their treatment is unreasonable and unrealistic. Without providing more details about the study and the relative data about the side-effect of antibiotics as well as patients' acceptance about it, the author's claim cannot be admitted.

The author of this argument concludes that all patients who suffer from muscle strain would be advised to take antibiotics during their treatment and presents a study of two groups of patients to verify his assertion. I cannot go all the way with his conclusion.

First of all, in the study presented above, each group has its own different doctor(its own doctor 或者different doctors比较好). As we all know, two individuals will have their differences unavoidably such as their experience or the way of treatment, which will probably effect the recuperation time in average, especially when the former doctor specializes in sports medicine which may make him better deal with patients with the muscle strain than the latter. (这个句子辗转读了很多次,觉得好像没有语法问题。。。但是太多的信息集中在一个句子里面,而且句型都是相似,会比较晦涩吧。。。)The similar case, that different people may have deviations in their rate of recuperation, also exists between the patients from two groups, and the author doesn't provide specific information about the number of patients in each group to take away this imbalance(imbalanced不均衡的,形容词) factor.

As the degree of the muscle strain of each patient(each patient has,主要是之前的of用的有点多了) is not mentioned in the study at all, we cannot make sure that it will be the same case for people who are diagnosed with severe muscle strain. It is quite possible that antibiotics is only useful for slight muscle strain, which engage the majority of the patients involved in the study(意思有些含糊,which这里指什么?).

Maybe not all of the patients could afford it and they may prefer another kind of medicine which has a little less effect than antibiotics but (加上is) much cheaper.

To sum up, to advise all patients with muscle strain to take antibiotics in their treatment is unreasonable and unrealistic. Without providing more details about the study and the relative data about the side-effect of antibiotics as well as patients' acceptance about it, the author's claim cannot be admitted.
