Life today is easier and more comfortable than it was when your grandparents were children.

Though there is an undeniable fact that people nowadays enjoy much more convenient shipments, high-tech medical conditions, various ways of entertainment than has ever been before, we can hardly conclude that we live more comfortable and easier life than did our grandparents in their childhood. population explosion, resource depletion, fast pace of life, all of these contribute to contemporary hard life.
Above all, the main reason of why people these days endure harder life than our predecessors is that we now live in a world where population is increased by multiplying on the one hand, and the level of economics keep stable or even recesses at a certain degree on the other hand. This directly leads jobs become more and more difficult to be found, unemployment has gradually become the one of the major social problem in many countries. How can we say life without sufficient financial income is easy and comfortable?
Even if we are fortunately and competently enough to find a fairly good job and have a considerable salaries, the subsequent problem we may face is the fast pace of daily life. We must work hard to make as much money as we can to afford the increasing price of commodities and house. To most of workers in the city, life pace is so fast and only a few private time is left to enjoy themselves after a daily hard work. Easy and comfortable life seems like reverie for most of them.
Moreover, people live in the past may have fresh air to breath, may bask on green lands during weekends because of the comparative undevelopment of city in their time, there have not so many cars and dust from factories yet . Now things have entirely changed, the city is expanding at a fantastic speed, green lands in suburban has been replaced by skyscrapers and factories. nowadays, it become more and more difficult for people enjoy the nature picturesque landscape without leaving so far from home.
In conclusion, the development of society not only bring us high level of technology and convenience of transportation, more importantly, it also destroy the quality of our life. We have no definite evidence to say that people nowadays endure more pains than did their grandparents in their childhood, but it is completely true that people's life is not easy and comfortable today.
