In order to be more financially responsible when we are adults, we should learn how to manage money at young ages.)


Nowadays, money management has become an arduous challenge for some adults. To deal with money well is not easy for young people who are just starting their work. Thus, here comes the heat debate that children should learn to manage money in order to be more financially responsible in the future. For my part, I believe it is better give children the opportunity to manage money.



To begin with, children will have a better understanding of money if given the chance to deal with money at a young age. To most of the children, the concept of money is merely a symbol, or some numbers. They can hardly understand how hard their parents earn money by working day and night so when they use money, they may have the opinion that it is natural to use money for toys, clothes, or even some expensive electrical products. However, if children are told to manage money, for example, only 50 yuan pocket money per week for each child, they will consider every purchase again and again in order to avoid purchasing goods that they do not need necessarily.



Moreover, people will learn some basic economic knowledge since their childhood if they have the chance to deal with his own money. For example, a child is likely to put their money into bank to get interest. Then he will know what is interest and how to compute interest at a young age. Also, the concept of investment may be formed in his mind in early time if he is eager to make money by using money. Even though they can not earn money at last, this attempt will contribute directly to their experience in making money.



However, parents should control the process children dealing with money in order to avoid large amount lose of money. Children are always children. It is unsafe to give the power of a whole family's money to a child. Parents should act as a guide and limit the total number of money that children can get each week. Without the control of their parents, children will easily be cheated by some charming attraction, which will eventually to a big lose to the family's wealth.



From what has been discussed above, children who started managing money at a young age would benefit from this process. We can firmly draw the conclusion that it is necessary for people to manage money at a young age, for the sake of forming a financial responsibility in the future. But the guidance from parents is also needed to avoid any risky.

Nowadays, education has received more and more attractions and educated people are highly respected. People both at present and in the past try to get better education in their life. Are current people easier to become educated than in the past? I strongly believe that people today are able to get a better education in several aspects.

First of all, with the help of modern technology, people have more learning source available nowadays. We can easily get what we need on the internet. For example, do you know why the sun rise at the east and set down at the west, why human have to go to sleep everyday, or why people in different country have different colors of skin? Of course an encyclopedia will give the answer. But it was not possible for everyone to get an encyclopedia in the past so that not everyone had an access to some basic knowledge. However, nowadays, internet make these come true. Online encyclopedias are very common. People just type some key words, then some related knowledge will quickly come out.

In addition, high-technology not only provides us large number of sources, but also promises a better environment to study, or do some research. In the past, before the lamp was invented, people could only read under the sun to make use of the light. At night, they had to use candles if they wanted to continue the study, which was very inconvenient. Nowadays, various kinds of lamps are able to provide enough light for readers. Moreover, they have different design to protect our eyes.

Last but not least, people in these days have the chance to learn from their formers. The former made errors, went the wrong way when they were exploring. After experiencing failure, they former would record their experience and give some suggestion to the later, which can be a huge wealth for the later. For instance, financial crisis always occur periodly. Very few experts had precisely predicted the great financial crisis in 1930s. But nowadays, people can predict a financial crisis much easier and accurate than in the past due to many experience from our precursors.

From what has been discussed above, we can firmly draw a conclusion that people today is much easier to get better education than in the past. Since education is a lifetime process, we should treasure this opportunity and study hard.
