task1, you suggest to go to library and go through what the teachers teach. I think it is a good suggestion. Concerning your prounciation, there are some problems like "would" "finally", "college". Then, I think "suggest to went through" should be replaced by "suggest to go through". There are also other problems about the preterite tense like "go to the library".
task2 Because people cannot always help us when we are in trouble, you prefer to deal with the problem by yourself. I think I have missed some words when I listen to your answer. I wonder the word before "I searched the Internet" is "finally"? In addition, "defect"? or "my computer infect some virals?"
Moreover, I think your tempo is average. Though it is good for us to catch every word, I suggest you to speed up and down in some time.

task2:experience的p浊化成b,because an experience teacher的experience应该是experienced, in my(the)second year, help的发音,
然后task2的例子没有表现出老师有经验,只说了教的方法好,可以改成说他教了许多年书,所以有自己的教学方法,然后交给我们解决一类问题而不是一个问题。。

task2:换位思考我觉得用think in teachers’ position,感觉上用displace yourself,不知道行不行呀,request that they must...这里句型有误
我觉得这个例子可以可以更完善一点,将后面老师的规定是怎么样影响你弟弟的给说清楚,如不完成作业就要罚站什么的。有时候容易前面铺垫多了后面就没时间讲主要内容了,这时候就需要开始形成自己的标准的例子了。。
