关于TPO13第二篇的句子插入题

今天做到了TPO13，发现这几天句子插入题错误率特别高，好伤心。是难度上升了吗？我13之前的TPO都做完了。我觉得是不是应该从20做起更好呢？？1026考试。

下面是问题：TPO13关于生物钟的句子插入题，答案选B，我看了一下解析觉得这样一个解析套在A上为什么不可以呢？另外答案说要有external cues的重复，可是sunrise其实也是一个external cue的例子的重复啊？为什么要在BD中选呢？求做过的朋友解答下~~~

插入的句子：

不是并列！是强调哦！而且一般在not only but also结构中强调的都是but also之后的部分，所以but also之后的内容要读明白哦~ 其实这就是T的高明之处，T不专门考语法，但是又处处是grammar.但我们要明白，无论是什么样的考点，考的都是有没有读明白要求的段落，千金难买明白二字呀！！平时练习读懂比读多读快要重要，因为你练习的时候不明白的在考试的时候更加明白不了；考试的时候读多读快更重要，因为做不完多少就木有多少分了.啊..跑题了.我们看化简之后的句子理解.
化简：an external cue不仅使得动物日间节律与太阳一致，还使得internal period与地球自转接近

See!上句考强调，这句开始考转折了，看到这里的时候有没有晕掉？没晕，好样的！晕了，拍醒了扶起来！

首先看到句首的Yet，表明下面开始转入另一个方向，或者就直接理解为开始不一样了.
然后看到despite，让步状语标志性词汇，oh!强调又来了！不明白为什么这里又是强调？来看一下这个描写Ben神的句子：Though he has got a common face, he got a full mark in the GRE. [他虽然有一张大众脸，但GRE拿了满分.]如果让你看完这个句子，去跑个4公里，然后回来问你记得什么，多半答案都是他拿了满分对不对？（如果你只记得大众脸..sigh..那也太以貌取人了有木有）So!! Here it is:让步其实就是一种变相的强调，让掉不重要的（或者前文已经说过的），强调后面重要的（或者没说过的新观点）. 所以, 这句话的重点在于后半句，前半句的事实上已经是上文讲述过的内容了. 还有读的时候注意：genetically built-in=internal, period=cycle, 所以我们得到一下化简的句子理解
化简：但是，尽管（internal cycle的同时化，我自己做题一般就直接XXX代替），动物的timer还有一种内在的cycle，这种cycle和24h相近却又有所不同.

drift在这里是个verb.
化简：如果没有了external, difference就会积累下来，biological day 的 internal regulated activities 随着solar day（像潮水一样）不断变化(drift).

化简：这个drift已经被详细研究过了.
此句和前面一句与我们插入的句子完全没有关系，D排除.

当读完了的时候，再回头看看，是不是发现A已经不能选了呢？
原因：
1.s1没有提到external/internal
2.s1实际上是一个事实陈述，插入句也是是一个事实陈述，代入之后完全就不知道两个事实之间有什么关系

好了，我们只剩下BC了，这里就很明显选B了

C有很明显的劣势：S4说了without evternal cue下的情况，但是！我们插入的句子是external dominate的结论.想想看，如果我们先说，我们的革命运动取得了压倒性的胜利！然后说，没有了革命运动我们也活得很好.就算是体育老师也会想剁了我们的.So, C排除.

Why B?
1.指示代词these有着落了（其实光靠指示代词就可以排掉AD，但是我觉得对于楼主一样的green hand还是解释详细一点比较好）
2.事实上S2是一个对插入句中dominate的解释，插入句提供一个小结论（或者说是事实更准确），s3是要开始转折，但注意这里的转折还是在插入句基础上的，也就是说S2与S3都与插入句相关，选B

你那么认真，我也好好思考了一下这个问题。我看了一下你说的两个理由，我觉得第一个理由，的确在解答问题时候比较有用，我的问题是这个these external cues和natural periodic signals为什么不算是重复呢。我又仔细看了一下句子，我觉得A没有B答案好的原因是，我们不能光看一个关键词external cues，要插入的句子里还含有一个关键词就是internal clock这句话是的主题是external cues和internal clock的关系。第一句讲的是动物和external cues的关系，第二句讲的是internal clock和external cues的关系。所以应该是选B更好。但是我始终觉得单纯用these external cues这个点来排除A是不妥的。
第二个理由，我感觉楼主说的有理，可是可能水平还没达到吧，读起来还是感觉两个都顺的样子。哈哈哈。
P.S. 不知道楼主做题的时候什么感觉，我感觉T的插入题一般有这么几个特点，就是不会是逆向逻辑。这表现在：一、要插入的句子里的关键词应该在文中前面一句有对应，而不是让后面的句子和你插入句子的关键词做对应。二、一般出现了however、yet、though这种连词的时候，一般，一般，来说不会再这之间来插入。我一时之间找不到这两点的反例，楼主有空的时候不妨来反驳的我想法~~~
毕竟我们还是要去考试，我觉得讨论一下解题技巧也不为过。楼主你觉得呢~~

不用太追去技巧，没有一定的阅读速度和准确率任何技巧都是空谈. 我做题的时候其实没有想那么多，不能够make sense的排除，如果还剩下两个，就再代入仔细读就能选出来了.哪里会花那么多时间在1道题上
又不是所有的人去米国都是去念文学的...>.<
