香港大学研究生申请材料疑问~~~

http://www.als.hku.hk/admission/tpg/login before the application deadline and within four weeks from the date of the creation of your account; or post the following documents directly to Faculty of Science, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong. Your application number should be marked on each document. Transcripts, diplomas, certificates and other submitted documents which are not in English should be accompanied by a certified translation in English. Certified translation may be provided by your home institution.

Once you have uploaded NEW documents after submitting your application, please immediately notify us via mstat@saas.hku.hk .

Please note that you are not required to submit original / certified true copy# of your documents to the University during the application stage. Should you be given an admission offer by the University, you will receive notification to submit certified copy of your documents.

有三个疑问~
1、第一段的OR的意思是不是我可以选择填网申 或者及材料？如果我填了网申材料就不用寄了？
2、每一个材料上都要有申请号 不懂这个意思。。。请问申请过的人是怎么弄得啊？直接用笔在成绩单 在读证明上面写然后扫描吗？信封上要写吗？
3、网申完了以后要联系某某 然后底下那段话是啥意思啊？我需要做什么？？

1.港大的申请应该还是要寄纸质材料的
2.是说寄出的纸质材料上每一份都要标明申请号
3.寄出的材料只要官方盖了章，密封好就可以了，不需要是原件

我也是看到or就觉得网上upload或者纸质寄选一个就可以了。。。我反正这么理解的。。。然后就upload了。。。。。看到一楼回复觉得好困惑啊。。。。。
