[荷兰] 收到了UU的conditional admission，对需要寄送的材料和Confirmation Form填写存在疑问 [复制链接]

本科985&211学校，理工科，申请了uu的Urban and Economic Geography，今天收到了uu官方的邮件，发放了conditional admission，邮件里有一封录取通知的附件，提到“If your diploma is due after 1 June you will have to send us a certified copy of your proof of anticipated degree form and transcripts before 1 June. A certified copy of your diploma (or a statement in which the Board of Examiners declares that you have obtained your Bachelor’s degree) should be sent before 1 September 2018.”我的毕业证是在6月1日之后才能拿到手，所以我应该是要在6月1日之前寄送certified copy of proof of anticipated degree form and transcripts，求问这些文件是什么？是预期成绩单吗？？

另外，邮件里说让我上申请系统去填写一个Confirmation Form，求问填完这个form之后会要交留位费之类的吗？这个form里面有response to offer一栏，如果我选择undecided，求问学校那边会怎么处理？

申请系统上没有显示这个form多久过期，邮件里也没有说这个form要在多久之内填完。。然后也没有说要不要交留位费之类的，有点懵。。求有经验的盆友们帮忙，感谢！！！！！！

certified copy of proof of anticipated degree form and transcripts是你申请的时候上传在申请系统里的的在读证明和成绩单，乌大的意思是现在发offer 了，然后需要你寄送纸质文件了，他们要核实。等你6月1号之后拿到毕业证在寄送毕业证复印件。后面Confirmation Form我就不太清楚了，因为offer还没下来，不知道怎么操作。同为审uu的，offer还没下来，看你的专业应该是和我同属geosciences学院的，等的好着急！

吼吼，我发了邮件问过，

As mentioned in the conditional letter of acceptance you have to send the required documents before the 1st of June.

About filling in the confirmation form: only if you have confirmed, you will receive information about visa and housing.
You can confirm now and if you later decides not to come, you can change it and withdraw your application in studielink.
