听力的话貌似有个一个星期突破法，不过得看个人的实力怎么样而时间有所变化的，突破的也是学术文章。也就是拿十五篇文章。可以从delta里面找么。

然后先拿5篇文章，听一句写一句，听写完后先核对，核对好发现错误，用一个小本记录，记录的东西要分类，就是从的是哪一块要记录下来，归类后慢慢会发现自己错误的集中点的。长句的话最多听三遍

这五篇文章弄好了，再用另外五篇么，三句一听，写主要的idea，全文听完后，先看自己写的句子，是否符合逻辑主线，然后再和原文核对

最后的五篇就是全文听，按后写出你认为的考点，然后和题目考点核对

每个人能力不同每隔阶段所用的文章也不同的

"All splendor in the world is not worthy a good friend", the great voice of Voltaire can best illustrate the importance of a good friend. There are a mass of qualities to define a good friend, such as reliability, intelligence, humor, grave, generosity(慷慨) and so forth. However, if laying a priority(also can be chanaged into "choose the most important"), in my perspective, I really prefer to make a friend with those who are humorous instead of the ones who are smart. My reasons are as follows

To begin with, a humorous friend is easy to get along with. Actually, in most cases, humorous people are usually extroverted, so we can talk with each other freely. When chatting with them, rarely will I（感觉应该是I will吧） worry about topics. As long as we have no words to say, an interesting story from a humorous friend will break the embarrassed situation. This quality is especially important at the early stage of making friends, because only conversation can help people to improve relationship when people have no deep understanding of each other. Once, I was introduced to a friend of my classmate. We hope to know each other for we will have a trip together. However, we even have no common words at first. Fortunately, that friend（不好，换成he） is so humorous that by talking a funny joke, we become the best friends. This example can appropriately illustrate my view. Besides, when there are conflicts between friends, humor also plays a significant role to slove problems. An interesting joke can help people shift their attention from the intensive argued issue to a relaxed one. So that is (one reason) why I would like to make friends with those who have the personality of humor.

Furthermore, a humorous friend can help me relax (后边不加东西了？) when I am frustrated by problems. Good friends are those who can console(v.  安慰, 慰问, 抚慰) us and offer us a help when we trap in trouble. A humorous friend is just such a friend. (参照上段的借口，A humorous friend would be always a optimistical one) When I feel afraid of the tough study, my humorous friend can tell me a joke (or someting interest which can help me to get rid of the unhappy mood) and all my unhappy thing will be all gone; a humorous friend can also help me be calm when I am nervous; still at the time that is boring, the first thing I can think of is to talk with a humorous friend. Thus, those humorous friends really help me a lot to address problems both with life and study.(++ peacefully and happily)

Although a smart friend is also important to us, because they can help us to treat problems more efficient, and get more accompliment than a humorous one can do. They are helpless to assist us to build a correct philosophy in life, which is the most useful key to solve all the problems in the following life.

In sum, since I can easily to get along with humorous friends and they can help me to solve problems when I am upset, I am supportive of the idea to make friend with humorous people.

Fixed on the past
Japan's once-formidable Liberal Democrats（自民党） pick yet another uninspiring(adj.  缺乏创见的; 缺乏灵感的
) leader

ANYONE hoping for a new era of vigorous two-party politics in Japan will be disappointed by the choice of Sadakazu Tanigaki to head(v. 作为首领) the vanquished(vanquish v.  打败, 克服, 征服) Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). If anything, the 64-year-old former finance minister is even more mild-mannered(温和的，温柔的) than Yukio Hatoyama, the prime minister he is supposed to battle on the parliamentary(adj.  议会的, 国会的; 合乎议会法规的; 议会制定的; 议会政体的) stage.

Mr Tanigaki won 300 of the 499 votes (此处应该是省略了一个that/which are) cast in the LDP’s internal election on Monday September 28th. The election was(此处用的过去式) a chance for the party to show that it(应该指的是party吧？) intends to rebuild itself after losing(为什么是ing形式？) power a month ago for only the second time in 54 years. But by picking Mr Tanigaki over younger guns with ambitions to shake up（改组） the party’s gerontocracy（老人政府）, the LDP shows that its eyes are still fixed on the past—and has not learned many lessons from defeat. “We need to return to the LDP’s origins(return to ... origins 返回初衷)—that politics is for the people,” Mr Tanigaki said.


The internal election is a stunning(了不起的,出色的,漂亮的；极有魅力的，给人印象深刻的;令人惊奇的,令人震惊的) reminder of how fast the LDP’s fortunes have sunk(sink过去式，下沉，下降). During more than half a century in power, leading the LDP used to mean leading Japan. Mr Tanigaki is only the second party boss who has not been prime minister at the same time. But he follows three nondescript predecessors—Shinzo Abe, Yasuo Fukuda and Taro Aso—who, as prime ministers, their deafness to the concerns of the electorate helped to seal(应解释为 决定) the LDP’s fate(命运).
