Delivery: generally well-paced flow(fluid expression). Speech is clear. It may include minor lapses, or minor difficulties with pronunciation or intonation patterns, which do not affect overall intelligibility.
Language use: the response demonstrates effective use of grammar and vocabulary. It exhibits a fairly high degree of automaticity with good control of basic and complex structures(as appropriate). Some minor(or systematic)errors are noticeable but do not obscure meaning.
Topic development: response is sustained and sufficient to the task. It is generally well developed and coherent; relationships between ideas are clear(or clear progression of ideas)

二分的
Delivery: speech is basically intelligible, though listener effort is needed because of unclear articulation. Awkward intonation, or choppy rhythm pace;(我应该有这方面的问题,因为英语启蒙老师是个大舌头) meaning may be obscured in places.
Language use: the response demonstrates limited range and control of grammar and vocabulary(单词和语法是我的弱项,可能自己感觉挺好,但是在作为专家的美国人面前很可能缺点暴露无遗). These limitations often prevent full expression of ideas. For the most part, only basic sentence structures are used successfully and spoken with fluidity. (要求句式多变,多用些复杂句型)Structures and vocabulary may express mainly simple(short) and/or general propositions, with simple or unclear connections made among them (serial listing, conjunction, juxtaposition)要求句式多变,不能只会简单基本句型,要灵活运用过渡词,过渡句表达转折,递进,并列等关系
Topic development: the response is connected to the task, though the number of ideas presented or the development of ideas is limited mostly basic ideas are expressed with limited elaboration (details and support). At times relevant substance may be vaguely expressed or repetitious. Connections of ideas may be unclear.

Delivery: speech is generally clear, fluid and sustained. It may include minor lapses or minor difficulties with pronunciation or intonation. Pace may vary at times as speaker attempts to recall information. Overall intelligibility remains high.
Language use: the response demonstrates good control of basic and complex grammatical structures that allow for coherent efficient(automatic) expression of relevant ideas. Contains generally effective word choice. Though some minor(or systematic) errors or imprecise use may be noticeable, they do not require listener effort(or obscure meaning)
Topic development: the response presents a clear progression of ideas and conveys the relevant information required by the task. It includes appropriate detail, though it may have minor errors or minor omissions.

Delivery: speech is clear at times, though it exhibits problems with pronunciation, intonation or pacing and so may require significant listener effort. Speech may not be sustained at a consistent level throughout. Problems with intelligibility may obscure meaning in places(but not throughout)
Language use: the response is limited in the range and control of vocabulary and grammar demonstrated(some complex structures may be used, but typically contain errors)这也是我的缺点,作文里也是. This results in limited or inaccurate connections. Automaticity of expression may be evident only at the phrasal level
Topic development: the response conveys some relevant in formation but is clearly in complete of inaccurate. It is incomplete if it omits key ideas, makes vague reference to key ideas, or demonstrates limited development of important information. An inaccurate response demonstrates misunderstanding of key ideas from the stimulus. Typically, ideas expressed may not be well connected or cohesive so that familiarity with the stimulus is necessary in order to follow what is being discussed.

A response at this level successfully selects the important information from the lecture and coherently and accurately presents this information in relation to the relevant information presented in the reading. The response is well organized and occasional language errors that are present do not result in inaccurate or imprecise presentation of content or connections.
Well organized, accurate imprecise

A response at this level contains some relevant information from the lecture, but is marked by significant language difficulties or by significant omission or inaccuracy of important ideas from the lecture or in the connections between the lecture and the reading; a response at this level is marked by one or more of the following:
The response significantly misrepresents or completely omits the overall connection between the lecture and the reading.
The response significantly omits or significantly misrepresents important points made in the lecture.
The response contains language errors or expressions that largely obscure connections or meaning at key junctures, or that would likely obscure understanding of key ideas for a reader not already familiar with the reading and the lecture

5
An essay at this level largely accomplishes all of the following:
Effectively addresses the topic and task
Is well organized and well developed, using clearly appropriate explanations, exemplifications, and/or details
Displays unity, progression ,and coherence
Displays consistent facility in the use of language, demonstration syntactic variety, appropriate word choice, and idiomaticity, though it may have minor lexical or grammatical errors

An essay at this level is marked by one or more of the following:
Addresses the topic and task using somewhat developed explanations, exemplifications, and/or details
Displays unity, progression, and coherence, though connection of ideas may be occasionally obscured
May demonstrate inconsistent facility in sentence formation and word choice that may result in lack of clarity and occasionally obscure meaning
May display accurate but limited range of syntactic structures and vocabulary

Do you agree or disagree that the most important thing that
government can do in improve health care is to clean the environment
我的body的提纲是;
比如我们市每年都举行马拉松,这样首先可以relieve the pressure in the real life,比如老板的抱怨,而且可以get more oxygen, 并且运动可以accelerate the rate of blood这些都有利于健康

This does not have anything to do with the lecture doctor Brown, it is just something I was wondering about

I'm always glad undertain(to entertain) questions

But(what) I want to know is, with all our space exploration, (aren't)Astrona(o)mers concerned that was polluting space? you know with spacecrafts and sattelltes

That is (an) interesting question, while(well) first of all, it is important to understand that space is not perstain(that pristine) as you might think, more than a thousand tons of dibree(debris) under(enter) the earth's atmosphere every single day

what, spacecraft that(do not need that much) gabage?

No, but there are meteorite(roid) entering our atmosphere almost constantly, you are familiar with what the moon's surface looks like right?

But we do not have (these) craters on earth, I do not understand

Remember, the moon lack that(of) atmosphere means that even small meteoroid make craters. But most of the meteorite that hit the earth atmosphere melt or brake up into the air

Calls meteos?(causing meteorite) The straight(streaks) of the light we see are(is that) meteoroid breaking up. Is that(isn't it)?

Yeah, and getting back to your question about pollution, that is one way we can deal with the debris of satellites and spacecraft, the truth is we do have a lot of urben(orbiting) debris, and tranveling at 10 or 20 (thousand)miles per hour

Really? I would not want to cerly that(collide with) anything going that fast

It is real danger for spacecraft. but we can dispose the debris by simply sending it back into the earth's atmosphere

Oh, so the debris was just burned up. Well, thanks a lot DR. Brown.

I read that the prehistoric people has(had) settling(settled in) villages in start farming when they can no longer survive just by hunting and gathering, the idea was they pushed off the best land and as the population grew, most of day(likely) they have(had) noticed that some seads sprouted(sprang out) when they drop them, so when the prehistoric people had to move to that areas(less productive area)? They settled in permanent villages there and started planting seeds to keep from starving

That was the thinking until a few(two) years ago when archaeologists found evidence that goes against that theory. The new idea (is) that farmming developing(ed) in the richest land areas, and that(the) people who started it won't been threaten by starvation. Apparently sucessful hunter getherers have already(删) living in villages long before they started cultivating crops these prehistoric(this story) villages just wonder if they(just wanted to) have more stable food supply

What? you mean that people settled in villages while they have(where they were) still hunting and gathering while some(wild food) to eat? how did archaeologist comes to that conclusion

Well, one way was a new more accurate method has(that) dating a small piece of something like a grains of corner(or) wheat. You know earlier achaeologist could not date something that small, so they have to date that chukle around it to get (say the charcoal around it to get the estimated age)

So with the new techniche(que) for determine the age of tiny sample, they found out that the grain was older than they have thought?

No just the opposite, they found out (it) was much younger, so that man dermencation(meant the mastication) of the grains probably occur long after people had began to live in villages.

As the development of economy, people became more wealthy than the past, so they have more opportunities to go out side the city for their vacation. Someone recognize it is better to join in a team followed by a tour guide while others prefer to visit somewhere by themselves, which one is a better choice? I think it is depend on the objective where people plan to visit.

Take myself as an example, when I go to the famous historic spots, I would like to join in a team with a guide. Because s/he can tell me what had happened in this area, why people give this name to the temple, which great person have also went to there also and how they express their feeling... These stories are interesting.
However, if I go to there alone, I will miss these interesting things for regret.

On the other hand, If the place is produced by nature, I would like to go without strangers. For reasons that there may some miracles where I would like to take a lot of pictures, and take a seat in order to feel the power of the nature. A efficient schedule and pacific atmosphere is necessary at that time. That is to say, I want arrange the time by myself, I go when I want to go, stay when I need to stay, any introduction to me is unnecessary.

All in all, people should choose the right way for traveling which is depends on the destination. They need a tour guide to give them additional information which can not receive by themselves, and the guide could help them to make their journey more significant; to the opposite, a ciceroni is not necessary when people coming into the nature, they can arrange their time more efficient than the team which is a better way to feel the beauty of our nature.

This is the second half of the special 65 cites of psychology of the tornadosto to see the first half? Go to doctor come slash port cast and look at under 60 kinds sike and you will see there. Jacky will the from the university of 30 human reactions to sever storms, and this summer I called up to her was traveling along the said votes the large study of tornado in history, start previous research she has done in fluctive areas. One idea she was exploring is how well the local knowledge match the information based on scientic study, some knowledge matched well and some bored on folk lore.

In I suppose to some people in diffirent times to own said that they do not worry too much of tornado because they were the either the other sides of the river the own the side of the river and the very strong feem around the believe that tornados follow geolografic features or do not go over underlying to rain, for example, when all of us meet psychological this they say this followed science tells them right now there is no basis for those believes that torando will be able to whatever to see the tornado is produced, that tornado will follow this, it's pass and regardless the features

so the accurate see of local knowledge that have one hand it it is a lot local knowledge but the accurate see is not that good yet or what is to say kind of 55

I think you are very mixed because we are expocen to somepeople who for example work farming for many years it's clear they are understanding of their local environment actual environment is very very good, seems to be mixture experience education and instinct but there is people have very confidence and they have be
said that this is born by experice they know how to react and when to react. these are the stories about for example the rivers, different groups of people, this is why they feeled so open for research because there is so many things that conflicting that little understood there is majority of understanding of human behavior in this contact since either been brought about from other contacts, which in many cases may prive to be very valuable or escape some assumptions and those assumptions can also be well full  assumptions very common assumptions, but my experience being that these assumptions can not easy goting so far and there is really needs for far more

http://www.economist.com/businessfinance/displaystory.cfm?story_id=13986299

In a guest article Justin Lin,() the chief economist at the World Bank, argues that low-income countries need to make small,() local banks the mainstay of their financial systemstopic: low-income countries need small, local banks as the mainstay of their financial systems

FIXING finance is easier if you have a clear idea what it is for. What matters most is setting up a financial sector(department, institution, entity) that can serve the competitive sectors of an economy. In many poorer countries, that means focusing on activities() dominated by small-scale manufacturing, farming and services firms. The size and sophistication of financial institutions and markets in the developed world are not appropriate in low-income markets. Small local banks(双adj.修饰n.) are the best entities for providing financial services to the enterprises and households that are most important in terms of comparative advantage—be they asparagus farmers in Peru, cut-flower companies in Kenya or garment factories in Bangladesh.
topic: a clear idea of why you fixing finace is necessary. You need a special department for finance.

The experiences of countries such as Japan, South Korea and China are telling. Those countries managed to avoid financial crises(地道的“经济危机”) for long stretches of their development as they evolved from low-income to middle- and high-income countries. It helped greatly that they adhered to(adhere to, insist to, persist in坚持) simple banking systems (rather than rushing to(着急做...) develop their stockmarkets and integrate into international financial networks) and did not liberalise their capital accounts until they became more advanced. The experience of the United States is also instructive(educational). Hulking national banks and equity markets become important only when a country becomes more advanced and when large capital-intensive(传说中的资金密集型) firms dominate the economy. The rise of the New York Stock Exchange(又一个传说) occurred only after the creation of large-scale industrial firms at the close of the 19th century. For the early labour-intensive phase of America’s economic development, local banks were dominant.
topic:use the sucessful examples of Japan, south Korea, China, US to evident the truth----we should develop our economics from the low level to the high level.

Governments and the international financial institutions(传说) that help them should resist the temptation to strive for “modern” stockmarkets in the early stages of a country’s development. Efforts to create African stockmarkets, for example, have not yet borne(bear结出果实) much fruit. There are relatively few listed shares in the stockmarkets of sub-Saharan countries. Excluding South Africa, the annual value of traded shares relative to GDP in Africa is below 5% (see chart). In Latin America and the Caribbean the figure is less than 10%; in the former communist countries of Europe and Central Asia it is less than 15%. The comparable figure in 2007 was 79% in Denmark, 207% in Spain and 378% in Britain.
topic: A Country should not strive for "modern" stockmarkets at the very beginning.

Stockmarkets are unlikely to be a major force in poor countries in the near future(近期). Microfinance (小额信贷)companies and other non-bank financial institutions will play a more important role in financing poor households(低收入家庭?). And stockmarkets are not the best conduit for providing finance to the small- and medium-sized businesses that characterise the early stages of countries’ economic development. Instead, the banks will be much more critical when it(指代conduit?) comes to financing companies.
topic: Stockmarkets are not the most important force when a poor Country in the early stages of development

But gigantic banks are not the way to go. In Africa and other parts of the developing world, relatively large foreign banks that were set up in the colonial era have long played a role. But these institutions tend to serve relatively wealthy customers. Smaller domestic banks are much better suited to providing finance to the small businesses that dominate the manufacturing, farming and services sectors in developing countries. There is evidence to suggest that growth is faster in countries where these kinds of banks have larger market shares(市场份额), in part because of improved financing for just these kind of enterprises.
topic: Some smaller local domestic banks are more useful than gigantic ones, for reasons that they serive for the Country's growth

It is true that bigger banks can exploit economies of scope and scale that make them more diversified, thus enhancing systemic stability. But local banks are stable in a different way. In America the country’s 7,630 community banks have so far been only mildly(不严重) affected by the financial crisis as they have continued to deal with the same small, local clients that they have had for years.
topic:even bigger banks is also important but domestic ones make our economic development more stable.

Governments in low-income countries should recognise the strategic importance of small, private domestic banks. They should also carry out(perform, implement, execute执行) some fundamental reforms(revolution). On the demand side of the equation, entrepreneurs in developing economies need to be able to signal more easily that they are creditworthy. Sustained efforts to improve credit and collateral registries offer large pay-offs. Credit registries enable first-time entrepreneurs to document their personal credit histories and share them with lenders. Collateral registries enable lenders to verify that assets such as property(asset>property) and vehicles have not already been pledged(enture, guarantee) by the borrower to secure past loans. Transparent and efficient(简单有效?) court procedures allow lenders to seize collateral in the event of loan defaults.
topic: some basic revolution is needed

Step changes
On the supply side, underachieving banks, be they large or small, should be rooted out through merger or liquidation. In many developing countries, supervisory authorities find it difficult to intervene and dispose of troubled banks’ assets quickly. Supervisors in some countries face legal challenges from the owners of such banks, sometimes long after they have left office. All this impedes the efficient exit and entry of institutions that make for a vibrant local banking sector. Failing local banks should be acquired by stronger local banks or liquidated if no such purchaser can be found. After liquidations well-capitalised new banks should be allowed to enter the sector.

Facilitating the creation of new local banks and improving the methods for intervening to deal with troubled banks will encourage competition and provide healthier incentives. That will help banks promote the private-sector-led growth that will be crucial to recovery from the current financial crisis. Leave the developed markets to worry about how to reform their highly evolved financial systems. To make sustained progress in lifting the weight of the extreme poverty that will remain after the crisis has subsided, low-income countries need to make their financial institutions small and simple.

I have already finished the analysis of an economic report which is talked about the importance of the small, local, fundermental financial sectors. Enlarge its scope, this theory is also suited in personal development. The most crucial thing is the basic thing.
