Nowadays, with the burgeoning of science and technology, there is a controversial discussion about whether it is essential for young people to improve their abilities to plan and organize. As for me, I firmly agree with such statement with following substantial aspects.

To begin with, it is necessary for college students to own ability to organize their study career. Considering a great deal of free time in college campus, students should make a clear arrangement about what they should do everyday. Both a definite goal and an orderly plan bring many benefits to our students. Take the experience of my friend as an example. He had an objective to become an financier in the future and he began to pursue his career goal the time he entranced the gate of university.There is a four-year schedule in his mind about which period he should focus on reading economic books and which period he should turn to do some practical works. When his classmates were play computer games in dormitory without any considerations about their futures, he has already made great efforts to achieve his goals. Not surprisingly, he got an admission of a famous account firm after graduated. It is good plan and organization that help him to improve his study efficiency and achieve success more easily.

In addition, with the rapidly development of this society, people, with great capacity of planing and organizing, would be more competitive. For they could accomplish their tasks from a comprehensive perspective, the tasks they do are more effectively. They could also avoid confusion and hurry.Just take the P&G Company for example. The big company has many different departments such as research and development, designing and sales department. Though different departments recruit different kinds of staff, the ability of organization is one quality that every department need. Sales department usually employ the persons who have good organization skills to arrange which market they should valued to increase market share. The research and development department usually needs employees could plan well to invent new products.

To sum up, ability to plan and organize is definitely what young people should pay attention to. Only by developing our ability of planing and organization, could young people adapt to this complex society and pursue their career goal as well as better life. 这几天生病了，嗓子痛到说不出来话。昨天都没有按时完成作业。
今天：1、黄金阅读 3篇 基本上稳定在2个左右现在，还是ETS挖坑就往下跳，哎。的确有必要做第二遍的。
2、听力   TTC泛听了约１个小时，还可以。高分１２０做了２个ｃｏｖｅｒｓａｔｉｏｎ　和　２个ｌｅｃｔｕｒｅ。为嘛听的我直犯困呢……
３、作文  写了1篇独立，摘录了好句子和例子，改了几篇作文
4、把ETS的官方文件大概看了一遍……

呃……怎么觉得自己的效率这么低呢……郁闷。一天下来，貌似也没有学什么。而且还是没有练口语……郁闷。睡觉去，明天早起……
口语和综合究竟要求转述还是复述呢……？还是不太明白。看ETS给的满分作文，对reading里的内容说的很少。明天开始要加上综合作文。
今天去看了一场新生杯……原来辩论情节在我心里始终是挥之不去的。

With various high buildings spring up, the soil which provides bed for corns, grains and other crops is decreasing bit by bit. Decreasing agriculture areas lead directly to the declining of food supply, especially those land-extensive crops(such as wheat and rice). Taking a small aspect in daily life as an example, the price of rice was 1.3yuan on average in 2000, while it has already been 2.4yuan in 2009. As we know, urbannization is an irreversible process which means the urban area couldn't be changed to fertile grounds any more. So it is necessary for government and university to develop a centre for research in agriculture. Only by improving unit producing capacity of food, could we satisfy our rapid population growth.

In addition, as rapid population growth, food insecurity, and widespread poverty are compelling issues all over the world, research and new technology in agriculture could bring great benefits in economy to our country. China continue to import grain and other agriculture products to maintain or improve living standards, especially in urban areas, from 2004. If we achieved some success in agriculture research, it may improve China's agriculture production in order to feed the country sufficiently. On the hand, it could maintain grain independence and ensure food security without importing from other countries.

To sum up, agriculture still plays a significant role in our society which relates to everyone daily life. Considering the shortage of available farm land and the current agriculture condition in China, It's necessary to built an agriculture research centre.

今天心情很复杂，开心的很开心，烦躁的很烦躁……
LRXSS竟然是高中的学弟，感叹下世界真小。和他聊聊，觉得……自己真的还不够努力，哎。
今天早上看了一些范文，摘些好句子。上午听了delta的段子和TTC。效果一般。下午作文完成，然后上课聚餐……口语又没做……死过去了。

现在睡觉去，又一个星期混过去了，真可怕。明天周末，关掉手机去自习……向100分冲刺。

现在：阅读，感觉看的比以前明白一些了。但还是保证不了正确率，有些句子理解的有问题，错完回过去看才能反应过来。第二遍黄金是绝对有必要做的。要把固定的陷阱题总结出来。单词，背，一定一定要背。
听力，感觉听懂了，做题还是错，不知道这是什么阶段呢。今天听DELTA，还是有学科词汇不清楚……
口语……郁闷，再不练就来不及了……要认真完成小组作业。
作文，感觉有点进步，但问题是，规定时间内写不出来……要了命了。唉……

To begin with, admittedly, people, with a high education background, command a premium on the maket in this society: they are more likely to get jobs than people without it and on average, receive a higher salary. In the view of the government, It's the social stability that guarantees rapid economic development. If all students  accept higher education, large amount of jobs are lack of people to occupy, such as faming, operating machines or looking after patients. There is no denying that our society couldn't be functioning well without these basic work to support.

In addition, students who have genius in what they are interest are no need to accept these general higher education. Considering beautiful melody from Beethoven's symphonies, magical and meaningful fair tales of Andersen, wildly-used operating system of Windows exploited by Bill Gates, histroy is replete wiht examples of great people getting high achievement without accepting general high education. That is because they need not only special practise in their professional fields but also enough space to do develop their strong points.

Furthermore, the restriction of education recoure is also a considerable factor so that only part of students could enjoy high level education. Education facilities such as classrooms, libaries and laboratories can't satisfy the teaching demands if all the students flooded into colloge. And facing students whose abilities are totally different, hardly could professors develop their teaching plans. All of these may make contributions to the decline of universtiy teaching standard.

To sum up, taking all the factors mentioned above, we may safely reach the conclusion that it is not wise to permit all the students attend to colloge. The reading passage hold some doubts about whether Marco Polo had ever travelled to China. The professor'e lecture give her opinion that this argument is not convincing by several points that are stated in the passage.

First of all , in contrary to the argument stated in the reading passage that Marco Polo never picked up Chinese directions or locations, the professor holds the view that there a lot of trades on the continents between Asian and Burope at time and the Persian language is the major language in the trade. So borrowing some Persian name doesn't have great influences.

Moreover, the lecture opposes to the point that made in the reading that there is no mention about Chinese tea in  Marco Polo' writing, the professor claims that the culture of tea and tea drinking as well as some ubiquitous teahouse are popular in south of China at that time. And it  is not well developed in north of China. According to the history, Marco Polo travelled most part of North China. It could be understood about this miss.

Furthermore, while the reading passage says that no evidence that Marco Polo was appointed to the post of governor of Yang Zhou has been found, the lecture maintains a different point of view. The professor indicates that Marco Polo may prefer to choose a different name when he served at the court, so it can't be recognized by modern scholars. On the hand, though he indeed use his real name, there is a possibility that some recording may simply had been lost.

To sum up, the contents in the reading passage are totally contradicted by the lecture and the lecture advocates totally different ideas on the topic made in the reading passage.

天哪，真恐怖，我今天都干了什么~~
下雪了，很大很大的雪，在自习室里冻得手脚冰凉。我为什么效率这么低呢？看似忙忙碌碌，一说出来，感觉什么都没干。一上淘宝就逛半天……鄙视~~~
