Some people think children should study andplay, other people think children should help with household chores. Whichopinion do you prefer?
Nowadays, students are suffering a substantial (很好的用法) amount of pressure from study.Therefore, parents try their best to provide them (with)a relaxed life and household chores are no longer done by children. However, I,as a student, disagree with this behavior. On the contrary, I firmly believethat doing household chores are beneficial for (to)children, for the following reasons.
Admittedly, doing housework is a timeconsuming job. Many children avoid doing it and they (“delete”)prefer playing games with friends or just watching TV for(“delete”) instead. Moreover, some diligent students even claims theycan do a sum of assignments during the housework time. Nevertheless, we shouldnot ignore the current benefits and the potential (thecurrent and potential) benefits which household chores bring tochildren.
To begin with, household chores are not (should not be regard as) a burden on children.Learning knowledge in science and technology at school is undoubtedlyimportant, however, the basic living skills learning through household choresare essential to children as well. For instance, making their rooms clean andorganized may develop the ability of being systematic on study and work,washing the cloth and dishes will form a good habit of being independent, andcutting the grass in the garden lead (leads) themclose to the nature. All these life abilities and experiences cannot be taughtby teachers at school, but are precious to the children themselves.
In addition, sharing the household chores iswhat a good kid should do at home. With uncountable homework and exams dayafter night, children are regarded as the most exhausting ones. However, compared with our parents, ourparents (they) have to suffering the pressure on(from) both complex work and complicated family, neither of which iseasy to handle. Therefore, we should share some of the housework to release the burden on them (their burden). When I was inmiddle school, I always waked up early in the morning helping my mother preparefor the breakfast and I would do the cleanings when I was free. My motherappreciated my job very much, and she felt much comfort and relaxed. In fact,the housework is simple and won't occupy so much of our time. What's more, itnot only releases the burden on parents, but also improvesthe relationships (builds up a harmonious atmosphere) among the wholefamily.
To sum up, we may learn a lot from thehousehold chores and become a responsible kid during the process. However, itis difficult to get so much benefit from just study (studying)and play (playing). That's why I supportchildren doing household chores.

Some people welcome foreign products very much, while others totally opposite on them even the price of products made in our own country is higher. In my perspective, I deem that people should not only buy things made in our own country, for the following reasons.

To begin with, buying things made in our own country will limit the development of the domestic companies in the long run. Usually, the benefit of a company is based on customers' choice. The more the products are sold, the higher the benefit is. As a result, if people buy the foreign products, the domestic companies will lose a considerable market share. The time before 1970s, foreign products were unable to sell in our mainland. But after the reform and opening-up policy, foreign companies could compete with our domestic companies in our country. From then on, the domestic companies have made great progress in order to survive. The price has become reasonable, the quality has been greater, and the companies themselves have taken on the reform of innovation. Now we can see many domestic companies such as Haier and Lenovo have become stronger and prosperous and they even occupy some of the foreign market. Thus, if people only buy things made in our own country, we can hardly see the progress of the domestic companies.

In addition, it is a great lose for customers if we only buy things made in our country. Besides the price is higher, we have little choices, and we even lose the chance to enjoy a different attempt. It is hardly to imagine life without hamburgers, pizza, coffee, coca-cola, and the list will go on. Not to mention the electronic product, the cars, the entertainments and so on so forth. However, it does not mean we cannot live without those foreign products. But when the price is lower, the style is more fashionable, and the taste is greater, why don't we buy those foreign products which add color to our life?

To sum up, buying things made in our own country will be harmful to domestic companies and bring a bad effect to customers. Since nobody will benefit from this behavior, we should not buy things made in our own country.
