  With the development of the science and technology,We human have to consider many elements in order to deal with the problems. Therefore, some things which we deal with  become much more intricate than ever before.So
I fundamentally agree with that  we should take measures to reject  making the things intricates and should make it toward the opposite direction. While, some scrutinys show  that  sometimes people make the hings bigger and more complex  is a good way to adjust the real life.
  As we know, we people have a habbit of solving the things quickly and easily.No one have a habbit of treating the problems complex.
First of all, with the technology developing,the  trend of globalization is evitable .under this circumstance, one can finish a work by him or herself.
though,he doesn't do the work with other partners, he uses many resourses inderectly. For a example, the American Ford Corporation produce the cars ,however,some parts of it are not produced in the Ford Corporation,but may be in China, India and so on.In addtion, the Internet has shortened the distance with each other, during this way,we can realize some information from all over the world ,so previously the procedure of it has becomed complex.
Secondly, the complexicity of the trend has made us have to think of all methods to face the conditions. As a example that many corporation or industries have inported in some advanced machine replace of our people in order to decrease the cost of the labour.In the meantime, it also can protect us from some dangerous workplaces.Besides,the judges nowadays prefer to read the past similar cases to deal with the new cases.
  Though we make every effort to make it easier ,the complexity I think is not a bad thing,  but the an inevitable result. What's more,it also has some advantages. Firstly,during this procedure,we can develop ourselves the ablity of thinking .Secondly,with the rapid increasing of the knowledges,we have to use the ablity to make it simple.
All in all, as our human developing and accumultation of our knowledge ,we really need cultivate some people to simplify our complex things.Only in this way,can we use our anscesters' ways to solve the current problems.

让自己的作文被改主要有以下几种途径：
1、参与/组建互助小组；
2、主动出击，到别人的习作中改别人的文章，然后留下连接请求回拍，绝大部分情况下版友都会很负责的回拍的；
3、斑竹定期会开习作修改铺，在里面占位置就可以让斑竹修改你的习作；
4、同主题写作时会规定参与的版友按照一定的回贴顺序进行互改；
5、坐等别人来拍，由于习作量很大，这种概率很小，所以效率也很低，建议不要采用。
