Nowadays, some people hold the opinion that students should not take part-time jobs before they graduate from the universities. But others may hold a negative attitude, and probably I will always be one of them. This question is a much-disputed one that it can impact almost every student in their lives, and people may prefer one to another although some may have no mind about it at all. As far as I am concerned, in some respects both of these two positions have considerable merits, but there are other important aspects in which should be weighed, and it is necessary to take a glance at the arguments of both sides before we take the assertion.(后面几个句子用的挺好的，但是意义不大，精简点就好了)

Generally speaking it is quite easy for ordinary people to stand on the other side of that students should take part-time jobs because of the obvious defect of it --- taking much time. The opponents point out that will waste too much time, and students will probably make progress if they use these time for studying. To be frank, it is true that it will take much time of studying, and the duty of students' is study, they should not care about other stuff too much.

Moreover, another reason opposers would grant is that college students are not competent to work. They lack the full power to handle problems as the professionals before they graduate, since the students have not completed the learning process.

But at the meantime, although this activity has some disadvantages, such as taking time, its merits also cannot be underestimated; in other works, if we notice the invisible benefits of working part-time, we will understand it more deeply. Here I would explain a few of the most important reasons.

The main reason is that taking part-time jobs is better for students to make the progresses in learning. The part-time job to students, just like the experiment to scientists, it can help students put the theories they have learned in class into practice; like the rehearse to musicians, it is a preparation for their latter performance in working stage. In a word, working part-time is helpful to develop students' practical capability.

On the other hand, taking part-time jobs can help students to improve themselves. Through taking part in the work, their social competence could be well developed, such as talking, conversation, dealing with controversy, for instance. Besides, that will help students find their weak points, and motivate them to improve in latter college study.

Furthermore, the other beauty is that it can help students choose careers. Taking various works, students would find which job is out of their interest, and then, they could pursue it.

To sum up, from what has been discussed above, we could come to the conclusion that although taking part-time jobs has obvious defects for undergraduates, like spending much time, but it can be more reasonably treated as a wiser choice. Therefore, I strong disagree with the statement which has been represented in the topic.


语法基本没什么错误，但是你既然是disagree就没必要写那么多做兼职的好处，虽然你结尾点名了你的观点，但我一开始还以为你要Agree呢~
