                                           How Can We Learn Most from Others       

    The speaker claims that we can learn more from ones whose views are similiar to ours than those whose views are different or converse.To some extent,I agree with the speaker's opinion,for its credibility at some perspectives.

    There is no denying the fact that,learning from people whose views we share brings advantage of better communication,which becomes easier and  more coherent.As we know,a successful commnunication results from a relatively harmonious chating environment,which avoid the emotional conflict that perhaps happens between those whose views contradict each other.In addition,beacause of the coherence in one point,people could share their cognizance more conveniently,which would deepen their cognizance to this point.In my view,it is indisputable that learning from those who have same or similiar views to ours may be benefited in learing depth of one question or point,which we cannot obtain from those whose views are converse to ours.

    However,there are several defects which is hard to avoid in this method of learing.First,same thought may impede our poly-sided views to develop.For example,to one question,people with different age,living condition,and experience may give you different answers,which are usually benefited to our overall thought to develop.Parents may give their child more rational and comprensive approach to one problem than the child's friends',who share same experience and age to him or her.Second,learning from single thought may hamper the breadth of our views.As we know,various perspectives become much more important for people to adapt to the social development.By learning from these person whose opinion are different from us even the most,we may be instructed by their orignal views.Futher more,communicating with those who disagree with us could improve our expression ability.By commnicating with them,our expresstion could be more convincing and accurate,which we cannot obtain from the commnication with those who share our views.

    From what has been discussed above,I am fully convinced that both of these methods of learning have their own advantages and disadvantages.The former is benefited to our cognizance of depth,when,the latter, of breadth.As for me,in order to learn most from others,it is not crucial whether the one's opinion share with ours or not.We should learn from their merit which we lack of.Accordingly,combining these two methods into together,is the best stratagem for us to learn most from others.
