Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that most businesspeople are motivated by the desire for money. But others especially the businesspeople themselves have a negative attitude. As far as I am concerned, I disagree with the above statement. My arguments
for this point are listed as follows.
To begin with, a numerous numbers of businesspeople are motivated by their willing hear to make contribution to their country. That means, he achieved his success or profit as well as promote the improvement and competition for all of the society, Besides, every enterprise and every businesspeople should pay the tax to the government for the money they acquire from conducting their business. Because of the tax, we can enjoy the fancy public facilities and share the considerate public service. In a word, there are also some entrepreneur devote themselves to their country instead of staring at the gain such as money.
Second of all, there still are some groups of businesspeople who have great awareness of charities. They gain the profit mostly motivated for charities. Nowadays, faced the mad assault of stormy and earthquake, a tremendous of residents had no space to share and stepped into a great poverty. As a result, they should rebuild their hometowns together, Meanwhile, all of us from all over the world should give them a hand, and some of the volunteer had made a group, they conducted a program just for helping the people in disaster. No one can deny these businesspeople are motivated by the desire of recreating a new home for the poor.
Last but not least, some businesspeople such as the small company are always motivated for making lives for themselves as well as their employees. These businesspeople often hold a small company with their relatives after they retired from their positions. They still enjoy the lives which are filled with current issues or full with the atmosphere of jollification. We can cite a example for my above statement, my grandfather is a warm-hearted man, after he retired from his position and witnessed the Sichuan earthquake. He conducted a store which sells the precious art work and musical pieces he owned. And then he donated all the money to Sichuan. Moreover, he is preparing for going to Sichuan in person to be a volunteer.
In the light of above illustration, instead of motivating for profit or money, several businesspeople are motivated for promoting the improvement of society, devoting themselves to charities or looking for a job fulfill their tedious free time.

The best way to improve education is to raise teachers’ salaries.　　(Money)
Some people argue as if it is a general truth that the best way to improve education is to raise teachers’ salaries. But to be frank, I cannot agree with them. There are numerous reasons way I hold no confidence on them, and I would explore a few primary ones here.
Initially, education can be defined as a sort of energy for student to promote their qualifications. That means they should be taught by the ones who have above qualifications. As a consequence, the first task of improving education is to educate teachers primarily. However, raising salaries for teachers is one of the methods to promote teachers to be more hardworking or be more patient. We can take some of the matters appears in our society to be an example. Nowadays a lot of teachers have no qualification to educate students, they have no patience even they have not enough knowledge to cultivate their students to be brilliant. I heard a news from television that a teacher punished her students badly only because the children give some advice to school about their teacher. So in short, I believe that the promotion of teachers’ qualifications is more important than the raise of their salaries.
Second of all, the main problem with this argument is that it is ignorant of the basic fact that the facilities and equipment play a more and more important role in education. Nowadays, I can cite an example about myself, I can not achieve a various kinds of information without Internet and computers, just like I can not breathe without air. So equipment and facilities are the important part in educating students. The children in great poverty, they have no access to the various kinds of information, thus they can not acquire the best form of education. That is why we often turn to charities for helping the children in poor areas.
Additionally, I suppose that the raise of salaries is just a method to inspire teacher to devote more to education, but confronted improvement of education, the related department should come up with a better way to educate students efficiently and be close friends with students. We can cite an single instance of this statement, one of my teacher is really appreciate for the profession of teacher, she devote herself to the educative career regardless of salary and anything else. For her students, however, she is too strict to be close to,  as a result, almost all of us have no encouragement to ask her questions about class, I consider her to be the teacher who have no idea about appropriate ways of education.
In the light of above illustration, I absolutely disagree with the statement that we can improve education through raising salaries for teachers.
