我提出两个1：we must firstly know about the total amount of food stored in Wintervale so that a better judgment on the seriousness of damage could be made.
2：find out the real reason of pest damage. that is, find out more information about the food damage situation before being stored in warehouse

1. The distinction of climate and topography between the Palm city and Wintervale may cause the significantly different dispersions of  pest.
2. The memo doesn't mention the effect of Buzzoff's service years in the Palm city, which may also be disastrous. That is insufficient only to compare the very first month of both company's outcome for assuring the Fly-Away's negligence.
3. The purported '$20,000' worth of food may be destroy by worms, however, the Fly-Away previously focused on Flying pest such as grasshoppers. The deflected direction of protection certainly can not be attributed to negligence.
