Have you been having
some
trouble getting some digits数字
latelywhen you asked a girl out Maybe you should check what music is playing. That is what French psychologisets found. They published their researchin the journal Psychology of Music.
First the researchers have found a guy who wasrated average looking by a group of women. Then that average Antoine talked about acouple of food products with 87 different women, aged 18 to 20. But before theconversation, half of the women heard this romanticFrench tune; the other half heard thissong that most French agree is neutral
中立的,中性的.
After talking, Antoine pulled eachone aside and asked for her phone number. Only 28 percent of the women who heard the tea song gave out their info. But 52 percent of women who listenedto the love song said yes. So maybe, guys, you should wait for a romantic tunebefore making your move. Unfortunately, they did not test the alternate: what type of music is more likely to get a guy to say yes?

Each of us harborsa unique collection of bacteria, on our outsides and our insides. Now scientists are finding that bacteria you get at birth may depend on how you got here. But where do these bacteriacome from?

Scientists sampled thebacterial flora from night newborns and theirmothers. And they found that babies who passed through the birth channel, harbored bacteria that matched their mom’s vaginal microbiota, Whereas babies delivered by c-section had microbes typicallyfound on the skin.

The scientistssay the results could help to explain that whybabies that arrive by c-section are more susceptible容易感动,容易受影响,敏感的to certain infections. It's my first time here to have the dictation. I will persist on it.

6.28

This is Scientific American 60-Second Science, I’m Cynthia Graber. This will just take a minute.

Even you have a light hand with the salt shaker, you probably get lots of sodium in processed restaurant meals. But sodium can contribute to high blood pressure and increases the risk for heart disease and failure, stroke and kidney disease. So how many of us are limiting our sodium intake to recommended levels, which scientists say could reduce new cases of coronary heart disease by sixty to a hundred twenty thousand per year. Researchers at the Center for Disease Control analyze the data from the National Health of Nutrition Examination Survey from 2005 to 2006, the most recent years available. Nearly 4,000 adults over 20 years old complete a  physical, had their blood pressure taken and answered the survey what they’d eaten over (觉得应是of) the past 24 hours. This food survey was taken again about a week later. According to the data, less than 10 percent of adults are limiting their sodium to recommended levels. The study appears in a journal Morbidity or Mortality Weakly Report. The researcher suggest that food manufacturers reduce sodium in processed foods and that consumers modify their eating habits which might mean more cooking at home where you have control of the salt.

Thanks for the minute. For Scientific American 60-Second Science. I’m Cynthia Graber.
