题目：Schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Who can evaluate teachers? Some people think that school manager can. Others, however, think the parents of students are the people. As far as I am concerned, schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers. There are many reasons fro my opinion and I explain a few important ones here.

The first reason is that students know well about how teachers do in classes. It is students who listen to teachers’ teaching, so students themselves know what they learn and whether they can adapt themselves to the ways of teachers. Therefore, students have the priorities to evaluate teachers.

Another reason supporting my opinion is that schools can improve teaching through the way that students evaluate their teachers. For example, in our school, there are at least two questionnaire surveys in one term, which include some questions about teaching and are made out by students. And then the school contacts with teachers about the students’ reflections; furthermore, teachers can improve or revise their teaching methods. This is remained all along because the teaching of our school is really improved.

From what has been discussed above, we can safely draw the conclusion that schools should let students to evaluate their teachers not only because students know well about the effects of teaching but also because schools can improve teaching.

The high salaries earned by famous athletes and entertainers are becoming the center of controversy. Are these people really deserve millions of dollars every year? Although many people would doubt it, in my point of view, they deserve such huge sums of money, considering the traits of sports and entertainment, as well as the hard-working of these people.

First of all, being forms of exciting, various kinds of sport attract millions of people to watch and to take part in, while entertaining activities give people the enjoyment of relaxing. Therefore, people who could dominate this world (in particular fields)are regarded as something so (as)great as heroes in people’s mind. Depending on this psychology, these famous ones make ordinary persons pay money for them willingly. No wonder why the celebrated earn such high salaries with ease.

Secondly, the hard-working behind their glorious showing deserve large amounts (amount)of money. As we know, in order to win the championship, athletes take arduous trainings every day, no matter how severe the weather is or how sick they are(有多病？). Their sweat, pains and spirits of never giving up are paid off. For another, being a famous entertainer, one must practices（practice） thousands of times before performing on stages. As public figures, they should pay great attention to their external appearances and manners toward media. A tiny mistake may destroy their splendid future. With the consideration of what they have done, we might better understand why the noted could earn such salaries.

Besides, popular athletes and entertainers make tremendous contributions to public finance. Laws stipulate that the sum of entertaining tax should account for 60% of one’s income. Thus we can imagine how much money they could hand in to the government.

In conclusion, with giving careful thought of what characteristic of sports and entertainment, and how much pressure they have suffered from, these famous athletes and entertainers deserve what they have attained.
